Not sure why all of this made you suspicious if seller communicated with you efficiently. Our listing photos are not always actual photos about the watch but we did ship to you watch which refers to the correct reference. When we sent to you email if you got your watch and all is in order you did replied that nice watch and did not mention that any issues. We usually trying to offer the best customer service to our customers and it is a bit disappointing that you have left this kind of review to us and not recommending us. Enjoy your watch! Hi, Thank you for your purchase. It is unfortunate that you have left to us lower rating. Your watch was delivered to you within promised delivery time frame which was 5-6 working days. Regarding the invoice you did have some special request and we did accommodate this. We shipped to you totally unworn/untouched watch in good condition. Even though you did complain about the material of the watch and accused us selling to you used watch which is not true. We do recommend to you for future purchase to get familiar about the product before buying it. Unfortunately not all our watches coming with plastic cover and stickers, as we remember it was one of the concerns of yours. Overall we are always trying to offer the best customer service and communicate with our clients efficiently and to ensure they are satisfied with their experience and product. Bought the watch and emailed the seller asking if it’d be possible to have it within 19 days as a birthday gift. I feel that they made 0 effort to ensure the watch arrived in time for the birthday and was therefore 5 days late. 24 days after the order of an item that was in stock

Watch was described as unworn but came with scratches on the folding clasp as well ason the backside. The carrier FEDEX messed up the delivery upfront, but the dealer was very passionated to solve problems with the carrier. Nonetheless, I never get a response when it came up to solve the issues about the scratches. In conclusion, watch came at a descent price but from my point of view did not match the previous article description (scratches).

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. Apologies for the issue with the courier. We have contacted with them regarding this matter. We have compared the photos taken before the shipment to you and watch had manufacturers stickers on it and scratches are impossible. But from your photos those stickers were not visible. We did ask from you why those scratches were not mentioned once you received it but we never got answer for this. There is also possibility that those scratches occurred during the first days of the usage since the stainless steel scratches easily. Any problem with watches should be highlighted straight away. Regarding the response to you we have just checked and it seems that email did not send to you by accident and it stayed in our draft. Apologies for this. While the communication was fine with this dealer I cannot recommend them. The watch was marked as available and in stock. This was technically not the case as it had to be sourced from some centralised distribution centre, with a lead time of at least 2 weeks. Only after that would it be shipped. I waited over two weeks as they kept having delays. Then I was told there was a problem with watch and it had to be sent back and they would have to get another one. In the end I had to cancel my order and purchase elsewhere. Very disappointing.

Hi, We quite do not understand why you have rated our communication less than 5-stars and not recommending us as a dealer. There was an issue with the warranty and we did informed you about it. Also we gave you an option that we can ship your watch separately and warranty later. Or second option to ship all at once. You agreed to wait and receive everything at the same time. Then without informing us you just cancelled the order on Chrono24. We did contacted you and asked why you have decided to cancel it but got no reply from you. Ich habe die Bezahlung nicht frei gegeben über das Treuehandkonto von chrono und es wurde trotzdem als Bezahlt fortgefahren. Ich hatte eine Uhr zugesandt bekommen welche als ungetragen und neu angeboten wurde. Diese hatte einen kleinen Kratzer oben rechts und ich habe mich darüber geärgert. Vom Händler hieß es dann das sie alles kontrollieren würden bevor sie es versenden und das die Uhr neu und ungetragen rausgeschickt wurde und es dann während dem Versand passiert sein müsste. Die Uhr war allerdings gut in der dazugehörigen Box verpackt dadurch so gut wie unmöglich das sie bei dem Transport beschädigt hätte werden können . Dann habe ich eingelengt und war einverstanden mit 100 € Nachlass die Uhr dann für mich zu nutzen und zu behalten . Die 100 € wurden nicht überwiesen . Chrono hat nun die Bezahlung selbst frei gegeben ohne das ich es bestätigt habe . Ich bin jetzt leider zum 3 Mal enttäuscht von 3 versuchten Uhrkäufen bei chrono24. Chrono ist hier nur Vermittler das ist mir klar. In diesem Fall wurde ich vom Händler Guardian of Time enttäuscht.

We did send you totally unworn/untouched watch which got checked by our personnel before the sending and we were surprised when you mentioned the scratch. Only logical reason we can think is that it happened during the shipment. We offered the compensation to you and you accepted it. There were some delays with the transfer and you did received 100€ as promised. You even confirmed this to us via email. This means that your statement that money did not arrived is not valid. Regarding the order marked as completed once the watch tracking shows parcel has been delivered it marks the order as completed automatically by Chrono24, not ourselves. We are sorry to hear that you been disappointed with your purchase with us. Our priority is that our customers are satisfied and we are always trying to ensure the best customer service and if any issues solve them as efficiently as possible. With best wishes,

Unfortunately no tag of the watch, no manual and no ''diamond'' USB stick. The last one in particular is a bit of a shame. In the box there is a separate cut-out for this stick and now the full set seems incomplete. The seller's response was that this was normal for Zenith. I can't believe Zenith designs a box and then leaves holes in it. Watch is great though!

Die Uhr war leider nicht wie angegeben „brandnew and untouched“ sondern entklebt mit leichten Tragespuren. Dazu stand der Sekundenzeiger des Chronos nicht mittig. Händler bestritt trotz Fotos die Mängel. Wenigstens der Widerruf verlief dank Chrono24 ohne Probleme. Ich kann diesen Händler nicht empfehlen!

Dear Customer, Thanks for your review. However it doesn't reflect the reality. We have shipped you a totally unworn and untouched watch and couple minutes after you have received the watch, you already have started the return process on Chrono24. We did not even have the chance to see the photos or explain/defend ourselves regarding what you are seeing on the watch due to the fact that you have not communicated with us. There was absolutely not a single scratch on the watch except the left over glues of the sticker on the back case of the watch which went away with a single wipe. Regarding the adjustment of the bezel, this is something that majority of Omega watches have. It is extremely difficult to identify, almost microscopic and it has nothing to do with specifically the watches that we are selling. We do not produce watches ourselves and we do not have the power to change Omega's production quality. Although the lack of communication from your side, we have informed you at every step of the transaction. However, we did not understand your real purpose of purchasing this watch and returning it couple minutes after but we do not recommend you as a customer. This transaction and the customer is reported to Chrono24 as well. With best wishes,

Bin überhaupt nicht zufrieden. Ich habe mir ganz bewusst einen Anbieter in Spanien gesucht, wundere mich dann, dass ich auf Englisch angeschrieben werde. Die spanische Adresse ist keine tatsächliche Firmenadresse, sondern die Uhr kam aus Estland. Ich habe das Gefühl, hier wird sehr viel getrickst und für mich ist da nichts professionell. Eine ganz miese Verpackung, keine Rechnung, oder überhaupt ein Schreiben, dabei, also dort würde ich nie wieder etwas verkaufen und kann den Verkäufer keinesfalls empfehlen.

Thanks for your review. However, we are surprised by it. You have contacted us from Spain and we have replied to you both in English and in Spanish languages. Our company address is our real address, we do not understand what you have meant by it's not a real address? In your review, you are complaining about us replying to you in English and you were replying to us in German? We don't understand your complaint over here. We have several processing units within EU where all our purchased goods are going through. Just because our main office is in Spain, it doesn't mean that we cannot have offices at some other parts of Europe. We did inform you before shipping to you that in order to deliver to you quicker, we will send the watch to you through our other processing unit. You have been informed about everything before any action was taken. There isn't any trick going on over here. Watching too much Netflix maybe? Regarding the invoice, we do not print invoices for ecological reasons. Once the customer receives the watch, we send the invoice as a .pdf file by email. We have delivered the watch to you as promised condition and in promised delivery time frame. We have honoured all the promises that we have made before the transaction was started. Het verzenden van het horloge is niet goed gegaan. Betaling heeft 3 weken op de derdengeldrekening gestaan, zonder inhoudelijk constructieve berichten of afgifte van een werkende track and trace code. Uiteindelijk heeft het horloge ergens gelegen, en werd het op enig moment verzonden, toen was het er binnen 3 dagen. Track en trace via FedEx was rampzalig. Horloge was al thuis bezorg, volgens FedEx lag het horloge nog in een magazijn.....
