Ich wollte eine Rechnung mit der Seriennummer der Uhr, die ich nie erhalten habe. Die Verpackung der Uhr war viel zuklein und zusammen geklebt.

Watch was supposed to be available as per the pictures then I understood at the order that it had to be ordered to the supplier with 2-3 weeks delivery time. After 2 weeks I had to ask questions Finally it was delivered after three weeks but delivery was not complete I had to claim in order to have an additional delivery and finally have all the goods as per the description

If it is true that by any chance we forgot to put the extra straps in the packaging, which we send as soon as possible to your home and for which we apologize, these are mistakes that we avoid to happen. Erreur dans la description de la montre, qui disait que c’était une montre automatique alors que c’était à quartz. Grosse déception. Par contre, le vendeur a tout remboursé rapidement après renvoi de la montre

There can always be an error in the ad because many times we enter the reference and the rest is filled automatically by the system but we are working to prevent this kind of thing from happening. Our recommendation to future customers is to check the characteristics of the watch on their official website and if it is the same as the published ad then great and if not it would help us greatly if you tell us the error. But this way you will be able to verify and be sure of the real characteristics and it would be more difficult to make a mistake. Advertised as 2021 model but was late Dec 2020. The reason given is becoming common on Chrono24 which is that dealer had a number of pieces in stock and did not manage to update advert... for high value sales like this, it is not acceptable. No invoice provided with piece, separately requested and received. Otherwise service was genetslly acceptable.
