The seller sent a new watch with a defect and invalid warranty, and they wouldnt pay for return shipping. The new watch had a defect visible to the naked eye (the #6 index had curdled/bubbly lume and wasnt smooth). The seller wouldnt pay for return shipping unless I began a warranty claim with Seiko. I had to travel to my local Seiko Service Center multiple times. Seiko said the watch required a new dial, but they said the warranty card provided was invalid, so the repair won't be covered. The seller still refused to pay for return shipping. The seller offered a small discount, which I ended up accepting just to get it over with. The seller made me waste too much time and effort, and they should have simply offered to pay return shipping from the beginning, since they failed their quality control before sending the watch.
