My $1500 dollars watch was delivered to totally wrong address. It was delivered to a house 3 blocks away . I provided the correct address for invoice and shipping. Which is the same address for both purposes. Address was written incorrect on the package. Why and how that happened. I happened to be tracking the package oftentimes. When I received email that package is delivered and it wasn’t delivered to my house. I phoned the shipping company and they provided me with the information what address the package is delivered and I personally went to the address to pick up my package. Good thing homeowners were not home or they could have kept as for themselves. This is totally unacceptable.

I had a mixed experience with this watch seller. Their communication was generally prompt, with quick replies, but there was a little confusion with shipping. The watch was marked as shipped via DHL from Japan after seven days, but it seems that the shipment label was created automatically, as it was never picked up by the carrier. After another three days, the seller changed the shipping method to FedEx, and the package was sent from Hong Kong instead of Japan. Despite these complications, the package eventually cleared customs and arrived swiftly another six days later. When I finally received the package and opened it, I was disappointed to discover a small, yet deep scratch on the black bezel, as well as additional scratches on the bracelet. I do not believe that the damage to the watch occurred during the shipping process, I think it was already in this condition when they sent it. I promptly filed a complaint with the seller, who offered me a 7% refund of the net price or the option to return the watch. Due to the high cost of return shipping and the anticipated hassle with customs, I reluctantly accepted the refund. However, it is worth noting that the offered refund hardly compensated for the compromised condition of the watch and I am still disappointed with the overall experience and what I received for my money. This purchase has made me reconsider making future watch purchases from overseas sellers.

Poor experience with IPPO. It took at least a week and a half for my watch to ship, with communication non existent until I initiated, asking for an update. It was just, "we'll get back to you" essentially. Messaged them again a few days later and got the same response. Miraculously the watch shipped within a day or two after that final message. Watch was shipped in box with no padding---just the inner watch box jumbling around inside. Overall not pleased, will not be ordering from IPPO again.

My order arrived quickly and was well secured for overseas shipping. This purchase was for gifting. It is beautiful. I am dissapointed the watch's time and date does not work and warranty card was not stamped. Unfortunately, the manual is in Japanese and I have searched for English version with no results. Communicating with the store for help continues with delays and generic replies. Dissapointed in Baby-G watch not functioning, failure to set time, inconveniences, lack of support and solutions. This is my first negative experience.

I am really disappointed with this dealer, they sent me the wrong item, when these things happen, it is a loss of time, money, and confidence. I want to believe that it was an honest mistake. Chrono24 must have his record, other than that it is not helpful for the company, and confidence is very important.

Pleasant to deal with , but I ordered a watch they said they had for sale, I waited only to find they didn’t have it and could not source it. I picked an alternative that they again could not source. I think it’s pointless to advertise watches they don’t physically have in their possession. Waiting for the refund.

Unfortunately this dealer found out after I had reminded them that no update had been given in over a week that the watch I negotiated and paid for was not actually in stock. They apologized and offered an alternative solution, but I felt the only way to solve this dealing was to cancel the order. Too bad, the communication with this dealer is otherwise polite.

This seller selling pre order watch and ensure my order. Seller sent me a picture to confirm order. Before shipping date, seller told me my order didn’t reserve for me. After release date a watch that I pre order with seller, market price is increasing 3x. In my opinion, this seller may keep my order and sell it by them. This make me lost opportunity. Seller lack of responsibility to deliver order. Seller shouldn’t sell pre order watch. Worst online shopping experience ever !!!

Very responsive communication however, IPPO needs to drastically improve it's processes of sharing details. Between blurry, compressed camera photos and suggestion to buy elsewhere when pressed for more details, they lost my trust. I ended up asking for a refund prior to anything shipped.

Apr 12th, Offer Made, Offer Accepted, Payment Made Apr 17th, Claimed to have shipped item. Apr 20th, Item is actually shipped. Do not claim to have shipped item, when it has not been shipped.

The watch is the description was for the JDM model (1JR), this was switched to the international model (1DR) and was redirected from HK. The dealer did leave a message but I only saw it after I paid for the item and it was already shipped. The dealer did offer a refund but the refund was already implied and guaranteed by chrono24 truthfully. The international model was also slightly cheaper than the JDM one, which makes it even more disappointing (bait and switch?). The watch arrived well packaged and in good condition, I'm also very happy with the watch and have decided to keep it although not the JDM version I ordered.

Dealer didn't properly fill out customs form and didn't respond quickly when FedEx inquired. I had to give FedEx the watch info. This caused a long delay.
