Nachdem ich erst ein Angebot einholen musste, ich dieses akzeptiert habe, bezahlt habe, wurde die Bestellte fast 2 Wochen später abgebrochen, weil der Artikel doch nicht lagernd war. Als hätte man das vorher nicht wissen können. Finde ich absolut nicht in Ordnung!

However, we are also forced to point out your INCORRECT behavior in this transaction, as you had already asked us for the watch a week earlier, but had let the offer expire without making the payment. Then, once the second offer was requested, we took the risk of accepting it anyway to satisfy you, even though it was Christmas week and many watches were sold to customers in the store. Service and response is good. Checking the availability first time they seemed to have it Second time I paid and then they not available. They should have told me they can't get it in first availability check. I don't think they did this on purpose so I still recommend but they need to improve for the availability check beforehand

Initial delivery was set to 2-3 weeks, I waited nearly 3 months before I got it. It was delays from Omega and AD but this was poorly communicated to me. In the end I´m super happy about the watch, it finally came and got a small discount for the delay.

Zeitnahe Antworten des Händlers per Emails. Antworten zeitweise inhaltslos bzw. sehr pauschal. Zustellung der Uhr nicht wie in Anzeige angegeben, ca. 4 Wochen Verzögerung. Uhr wurde ohne Rechnung ausgeliefert, Zustellung Rechnung nur auf Anfrage. Weiterempfehlung nur bei Geduld.

Nota positiva: Comunicazione ottima e sempre presente per rispondere a tutte le richieste. Nota negativa: Purtroppo come spesso accade la referenza ordinata anche se veniva data con disponibilità immediata (bollino verde) in realtà viene ordinata presso altri AD o casa madre al momento della conferma d’ordine senza che questa sia realmente disponibile. Conclusione: dopo un mese dall’ordine non avendo notizie certe sulla consegna ho preferito annullare l’ordine e recarmi direttamente da un AD della mia zona
