The watch was packaged well and shipped very quickly. Thank you for that. The watch is damaged in that the crown cannot set the minute hand. I sent a message to the dealer and never got a response. I’m unclear on the return policy or on any warranty. Frustrating to not receive a response.

I hate to give bad reviews so I’ll keep this short. Spent over seven hours dealing with customs. The delivery company and dealer did nothing to help. DHL is awful in my country and they were a nightmare. The dealer did nothing to help.

Unfortunately there are instances where there are unforeseen difficulties with customs. Customs import tax and duties are a natural part of the international purchasing procedure.
