Dealing was good, however I wish they took more accurate photos showing the entire watch from a distance. The watch is a woman's watch, however it was listed as men's watch.

The watch shown online was apparently not in stock anymore. The vendor alerted me and send me another watch. The watch sent was scratched, it didn't appear on the picture he sent me.

The dealer sold us two Ebel watches with very very short steel bracelets. We had to buy 8 pieces of extension!

We bought two Ebel watches, both were in good condition. However the bracelets were too small. We had to buy bracelet extensions. Cost of which to date amount $270.00. This dealer sold us very very short bracelets. Thought he declared that the bracelet is short, he didn’t say the bracelets were too small!

Overall, the seller responded message in a quick and appropriate manner. However, the seller cancelled the shipment and the order when the watch is already at the airport because they found out that they have listed incorrect information in the description. Read further for more story. At first, contacted seller for more details of the watch (Omega Seamaster 200M Omegamatic). Quick responses, loads of photos and video for movement, etc. Description written that watch will come with original packaging and original guarantee card. However, found out the seller only have the service papers from omega with the serial numbers but not the guarantee card . Still purchased it as it written that will come with the original packaging. After purchasing, asking about the original packaging as the watch is a limited edition which should come with the limited edition driver’s tank packaging. Unfortunately, seller said that they didn’t know about the driver’s tank packaging and they don’t have one. Also, mentioned that they would have listed higher price if they know. Attempted to refuse any claim and refund at first but “allow” partial refund or cancel order afterwards. However, they decided to cancel the shipment before I even reply to them and order was cancelled. They said they would re-list the watch as no original packaging and no original guarantee card. Wasted my time and effort. Still waiting Chrono24 to issue the money to my bank account. Bad experience.
