Dear customer, many thanks for your feedback! Each review is very important for us, because we refine constantly our service for customers. It is very pity to hear, that you was not satisfied with Breitling production and inform us about this point only in your review one week later after getting the watch. Can you please inform us what was exactly wrong with rubber coating on the bezel ? By the way you can return the watch within 2 weeks from the day of delivery, just let us know. We sell only new and unworn watches in original conditions with fabric plastic protection, one of this watch was delivered to Sofia in 5 days atfer your purchase. We do not understand, why we got 4 stars for delivery and communication. The watch was delivered in 5 days on your address and our communication was quick. Please let us know, what was wrong from our side, we want to improve our service. Best wishes from Munich

The process has been smooth although a bit slow in terms of comms and shipment. The watch arrived in good conditions but has to be serviced because it runs slow, probably due to long inactivity in a shop. This will be covered by the warranty anyway.

Die Lieferungszeit ist überhaupt nicht nachzuvollziehen. Die Uhr wurde am 20. Februar bestellt und nur am 12. April zugestellt, obwohl mit dem Verkaufer die Lieferung innerhalb von 3 Wochen besprochen worden war.

The rubber coating on the bezel of the watch looks much more worn than on the photo of the product. It definitely doesn’t look like it’s brand new.
