This new watch was in storage. When the seller (Prestige Watch) retrieved the watch, there was minor cosmetic damage to the outer container and a small scratch on the wooden watch box itself. The watch was unaffected by these minor discrepancies. The seller worked extensively with me to address the defect once it was discovered. He offered to replace the outer container and box and offered a substantial discount for my time and trouble. Everything is easy when everything goes right. It’s how we perform when everything does not go right that separates routine service from outstanding customer service. This was a case of outstanding customer service.

Bought and paid for the watch. “Watch wasn’t keeping time.” So had to cancel. Not sure seller actually had the watch in the first place.
