Schnelle Lieferung, fairer Preis, aber leider wurden deutliche Tragespuren weder in der Beschreibung noch auf den Bildern gezeigt. Kommunikation ist schlichtweg nicht vorhanden.

Communication is really difficult, as this dealer leaves messages unanswered for weeks! Plus, and although expected with any purchase, a store invoice was not initially provided when the watch was sent. Moreover, the play on words appears a bit disingenuous, e.g. insisting that a watch is "new", when actually it only is "unworn" (there's a difference, in how long a warranty applies… Does the warranty starts from your date of purchase, or from a prior purchase by a reseller?). The watch had been described as "new" on the initial ad, as well as in direct messages (e.g. "The watch is brand new, full set, 5 years international warranty"). But when the invoice finally arrived (after explicit request), listing a "used" watch, messages quickly followed… to state that it was a mistake by an employee, and that the watch was "new". The truth however was different: neither "used" nor "new", the watch actually was "unworn" (warranty had started ticking several months ago, so no full "5 years international warranty", but apart from that it was in perfect condition and well packaged). For the agreed price, the discrepancy was acceptable, nonetheless it would have been better to be honest and upfront about it from the beginning.
