Purtroppo non sono mai riuscita a contattare il commerciante non ricevendo mai risposta alla richiesta di più fotografie o indicazioni. Ha semplicemente accettato la mia offerta e proceduto con il pagamento. L’orologio e’ arrivato in condizioni pessime, ho dovuto portarlo da un orologiaio per poter riparare… cinturino tutto usurato sporco addirittura di sudore della persona, cassa sotto molto rigata e completamente sporco. Anche la scatola non corrispondeva alle foto con pelle sfilacciata, mi vergognavo a regalarlo… non lo avesse sistemato una gioiellerei non lo avrei neanche regalato.

After I received the watch, I saw that the Zenith card was from another watch and also the guarantee released by the seller was released on another serial number, totally different from the one written on the Zenith card or the one written on my watch case back. They offered to send me the guarantee with the correct serial number and to give me a partial refund in exchange for the wrong Zenith card, as the watch was advertised to come with full box and papers. I asked for 1000 EUR, but they agreed only for 700 EUR. I received the money and the guarantee in the same day, but that was only after a long mediation which took more than 3 weeks. Bad experience overall.

Gute schnelle Kommunikation. Allerdings waren die realen Bilder der Uhr erst mal mehrfach Nachfrage geschickt werden. Leider hatte das Glas der Ihr Kratzer

Das Gehäuse der Uhr hatte diverse Gebrauchsspuren, diese waren im Inserat nicht sichtbar, obwohl die Aufnahmen sehr detailliert waren. Entweder wurden die Bilder bearbeitet oder wie ist sowas sonst möglich? Der Zustand der Uhr sollte sehr gut sein, leider musste ich unter diesen Umständen vom Kauf zurücktreten.

Nelle foto dell'annuncio, l'orologio sembrava perfetto, invece e' arrivato con segni di uso anche marcati, consiglio di farsi mandare delle ulteriori foto prima di procedere con l'eventuale acquisto, per il resto tutto OK !

The pictures were slightly different than the watch itself.

The watch was not in perfect condition as the seller promised. Had dings and scratches. Also the equipment to change strap was missing, no word before. The ad originally stated the watch is from 2013, but it really is from 2007! The biggest point is, the seller told the watch is checked and needs no service. First day the watch is 8 minutes late, the next day she stopped!!! Despite having 7 days power reserve. I asked for goodwill to keep it, but the seller only told I should send it back after two days, no reaction in between on the pictures I sent him. So I think he would sell the watch to someone else in the same condition. As I love the 233 I expected it a little bit when buying, I will keep it and bring it to Panerai for service. So to me it is okay, but the way these guys sell a watch, is not okay. Someone else would have payed a lot of money for a watch by far not as good as promised. So if the dealer would tell everything before, it would be fair and it would be my decision. Packaging and shipping was very good, communication only before buying.

De snelheid van verzenden was in orde. De verpakking kon beter en degelijker. Beetje slordig. Maar horloge heeft er geen schade van ondervonden.
