All of our watches are serviced in house by our watch maker prior for listing online for sale. We also offer a warranty with purchase of all of our watches. This is a pre-owned watch from 1998, 24 years old. It is very normal for a watch this age to have some stretch in the band. Unfortunately if you take any pre owned watch to another watch maker, jeweler, or Rolex, they will almost ALWAYS "recommend" that you do a service no matter the condition or if it was already serviced. We offered for the customer to send the watch back to us so we could have our watch maker take a look right away at his concerns and he refused. We also offered the option to return for a full refund and he refused. Unfortunately we cannot bear the expense of every customer that decides to take a watch to another company to have work done. This is why we offer a warranty on our watches so we can be responsible for anything that happens with the watch. We offer a generous 14 day return policy for any reason as well as the warranty with purchase. We are sorry this customer did not accept our offer of a repair here with us or the full refund, we would have liked to help fix this issue if we were given the opportunity to do so.

I am extremely disappointed to have received the watch in a condition not shown in the photos or mentioned in the description. As well that the seller refused to make right of the situation. The damaged to the dial should have been shown in photos and not hidden or edited, and included in the description.

Although it was titled "Unpolished", but this watch was clearly polished has been sent. And the state of the bracelet is also very bad. Too little explanation, I think this should be explained in advance.(The bracelet link is worn in a shape that I have never seen before)

The watch was not polished, customer thinks it was. Also, this is a vintage watch. There are photos of the bracelet in the listing. This is a collectible piece, not polished and bracelet is actually in great condition for the age of the watch.

Le vendeur n’a pas cru bon de préciser que plusieurs éléments de la montre n’était pas d’origine ainsi que son oxydation était avancée.

Everything on this watch is original and was complete with box and papers. This is a prewoned watch and has been checked by several watch makers and is working condition, not in advance oxidation as stated. Customer was no happy with purchase and we accepted the return no questions asked.

Worst watch transaction I have I ever made, seller claimed the watch is in very good condition, two local shops both rated fair/good, the bezel literally rotates on its own it us so worn. Seller said watch was serviced before shipping, local shop said interior was filthy and desperately in need of cleaning. I requested the receipt for servicing and seller responded they do not keep service receipts (what company does not keep receipts, they are a write off). Seller offered to service it free of charge if I ship it back, if it was previously serviced why he do that? All higg end watch owners know that service fees on a Rolex are between 300 and 500 dollars. The band on this watch is so badly stretched that it should should have dropped it out of very good condition. The seller has offered to do the servicing for free but if it was already serviced why would he do that? I have a complete copy of the conversation, please contact me for a copy. The seller also offered a refund of the purchase price but after paying shipping and insurance both ways and customs and the authentication costs on my side would be out $1400 with nothing to show for it.
