Hard not to recommend them, when eventually they did finally deliver the watch I wanted at a very compelling price. So, overall great value for money. Good. Right? However, delivery was promised a couple of times, but never materialised. Communication was very reactive, always instigated by me, and they required a lot of chasing. This spoils the experience. Isn't great customer service supposed to be a part of buying a premium-priced, luxury item in the first place? As per my opening comment, it's hard to argue that you're paying for premium customer service when you're clearly getting a bargain price - so could just me that my expectation was unrealistic. Communication was always polite, professional and the response times were short - unfulfilled promises always came with lots of apologies - but I wanted them to make me feel like a valued customer, and I didn't.

So the watch is great and no issues with regards to the price. The only being it was advertised as brand new, but none of the protective stickers were on the watch, which puts some doubt on the accuracy of the description. But I wouldn't touch WW for the terrible delivery time, way over advertised (>8weeks) and then they delivered the wrong watch and the whole drawn out delivery process had to start again with loads of hassle. I'd go elsewhere.

The watch was packed to a decent standard, but the white sleeve was damaged. Waited way to long for the watch to arrive. Ordered and paid on May 21st didn't arrive till September 20th. I would have never bought it if I had known, to many excuses given. Several dates given for arrival which never happened. The watch is stunning, it just took the shine off the purchase as the excitement had well worn off by the time it arrived. Communication wasn't too bad, they always replied to my questions within a few hours.

When I ordered from WW it was not clear to me that they did not hold the piece in stock. They quoted 5-6 weeks for deliver but it took over 12 weeks as they had to deal with a third party. I would not have ordered it had I known the true lead time. They communicated promptly but only in response to my enquiries - no updates unless I asked. The watch itself was as promised. I would not buy from them again unless I was relaxed about delivery times.

The dealer responded - in terms of actually responded - in a timely fashion. However, they spent two weeks towards the end of the "four to six" week window telling me everything was OK until claiming Zenith has suspended production of the Chronomaster Sport. Refund is in process but it ends up being six weeks, as well as bank fees I'm not certain to get back, to end up with no watch. They could have been more forthright earlier in the process in my estimation.

I bought the watch on 25th of November. From the very Beginning I was guaranteed to get the watch delivered between the last week of December and first week of January. In the very end, it was delivered at the end of the first week of February. The communication was always fast and kind, but it was always giving new excuses for the delay. I had to get the help from the chrono24-support to get the watch finally delivered. It was sent 4 hours after I got the help. coincidence? - I don't know. But it doesn't give a good feeling, when your watch is increasing in value during a transaction and the sellers is going for delay after delay... and telling you, that can cancel the deal, if you don't want to wait any longer.

I bought Cartier Santos Medium - watch arrived in new condition as described. The trouble was that up to this date the seller wasn't able to send me additional leather strap that was supposed to be part of the package (with Santos you receive 2 straps). He tried to make us sign an incorrect document and we almost walked away. Luckily we went immediately to Cartier who verified the watch and removed links to make it fit.

The product was delivered in perfect condition and was brand new. However the item was not identical to the advertised product in a key feature (transparent crystal back providing sight of movement). I had sought to confirm this feature prior to purchase and received confirmation from the dealer only to be notified after payment that an error had been made and the feature illustrated in the pictures was in fact from a different model. The dealer apologised for the error, offered to refund prior to shipping (which I declined) and subsequently updated the advertised product images. I also had to recontact the dealer a week after payment to initiate shipping but the product arrived quickly after this. I am happy with the product and would have given a 5 star review except for the initial miscommunication.

Delivery was extremely slow, almost 7 weeks, as the watch i bought was sold to another customer. In the time i waited for this watch, since my money was held in escrow I missed out on the opportunity to buy this watch from 2 other merchants who were selling it at similar price points Delivery charge extremely high for the UK. I’ve shipped watches with more than twice this value, fully insured for 25% of what they charged me. Communication was ok, except the promises made for delivery weren't adhered to.

Communication was good at the beginning , but after 5-6 days I wanted to know when the watch was going to be shipped and I had to chase them around to get an answer. On chrono24 I did not receive any message on my questions. The only communication channel was with a sales rep. via WhatsApp but he did not have a precise estimate on the delivery time after 7 days ( estimation was 6-8). He was clearly not pleased with me bugging him about it. Something to me was off and I had to cancel.

I asked, and the dealer confirmed, that the watch had a properly AD stamped international warranty card in messages before I made the purchase. However when it arrived I saw that the warranty card had been crudely stamped with what looked like a child's printing set. No Omega dealer would accept that as a valid warranty so I had been sold a watch without any Omega guarantee at all. After I got in touch with them about it I was phoned at home and asked to send the card back to be changed! However that is not possible. There is only one warranty card issued for a watch - they are matched. At that point I told them I wanted to return it. The watch was eventually picked up by the dealer's shipper and returned. So after a month and much communication with Chrono24 support I received a refund. I have made three purchases through this site, and two of the dealers were trustworthy and first class. Then there was this one....
