The dealer communication was responsive, prompt, polite, and helpful. Their shipping was nicely packaged and well prepared. However, despite claiming “original box” the watch was sent in a box from another Luminox model, without the original. Their photos sent upon were blurry and of poor quality. The watch also displays very weak almost non existent illumination, for which Luminox is known to last over 20 years, lending to question condition or validity of the piece. These last comments are ones that make me uneasy recommending the dealer to potential customers.

Wenn Sie die Beleuchtung bemängeln, dann bitte bei Luminox, wir verkaufen die Uhr, wir stellen diese nicht her. Sie haben eine internationale Garantie auf diese Uhr, Sie dürfen diese gerne zu Luminox einsenden.

Ik heb bij het plaatsen van de bestelling nogmaals aangegeven dat ik de 40 mm maat wilde hebben, toch werd de 31 mm gestuurd. Het allervervelendste vind ik nu nog dat het horloge nu weer voor de 40 mm maat op hun website staat dus een volgende klant wordt weer misleid. Daarnaast is het vervelend dat de retour kosten (€ 18,-) voor mijn rekening waren aangezien zij bewust een verkeerde maat afgestuurd hebben dit vind ik geen pas hebben!!
