Well, communication was decent, to a certain point. When it came to description of the Watch it was a little tricky, this watch was not in a ‘very good’ condition, especially with the clasp looking like whomever wore it before was beating nails with it. I was also trying to get a clear response from the dealer regarding the description error and I was replied condescendingly not only once, like I haven’t seen a watch before in my life. Especially when I was told to ‘enjoy my watch and to go back to them for a polish in couple of years’ was upsetting. Also, description does say that the bracelet is a bit short, given 7” length. I don’t think it is 7” neither. Well, I’m goin to have to spend money for links (3) probably and a good polish so the watch is wearable… Anyways, this is my story, I wish I could post some photos to prove my point.

Sorry, did not mean to be condescending - that was not our intent. All we said was that we would be happy to polish the watch now or anytime in the future at no cost - don’t know why that was upsetting - again it was not meant to be.

I made a quick purchase. I asked if there were any scratches any issues with the watch. they specifically said no scratches. Got the watch first thing I noticed was a small indent on the face of the watch. Advised them right away. They said to send it back now or later to fix - not an option as this was a gift. They also offered refund - but once again was a gift - also purchase was in USD and I am Canadian so I would loose out on the exchange difference from the refund. Should request actual pictures of watch prior to purchasing - my mistake - their mistake as well. Wont deal with seller again. Also sent complaint to Chrono and no reply from the website.

There is an issue with the watch bracelet and the dealer has not responded for weeks.

The customer lost a screw from the bracelet while wearing the watch. We immediately ordered a replacement screw from Omega for him and have been waiting for it to come in from the SwatchGroup parts department. Unfortunately we cannot do anything to expedite the shipment.
