Uhr Im Karton sicher aber keine Extra Uhrenbox die jeder Uhrenhändler mitgibt, Keine Originalbox habe ich erwartet ( war auch angegeben ) aber wenigstens eine neutrale Box bei so einer teuren Uhr. Kommunikation bemüht aber leider keine Lösung vorgeschlagen. Emofhle ich trotzdem weiter weil die Bilder und Angaben korrekt waren

Das montierte Armband ist nicht benutzbar, da brüchig und ohne 2. Schlaufe. Beim Aufziehen und Stellen der Uhr fühlt sich alles sehr wackelig und abgenutzt an. Zifferblatt und Gehäuse sind im guten Zustand. Die Zustandsbeschreibung NOS finde ich nicht gerechtfertigt.

I bought a Rolex Submariner 116613LB from COMERZIA. The watch was described as new and in perfect condition but it came with a chipped crystal and two links missing. Before I made the purchase, I specifically asked the seller to specify the condition of the watch. Please see his answer below: “Dear Kasper, No scratches or dings. When pictures are made, sometimes there is dust, sometimes it is a brightness. This watch is in absoletely excellent condition. It was used a couple of times, even the watch has some stickers on it.” Because of the above answer I decided to purchase the watch. But when I received the watch I noticed that the crystal was chipped and two bracelet links were missing. If I have to replace the chipped crystal and the missing bracelet links it will cost me more than €600 in total. COMERZIA told me to return the watch but they did not want to pay the shipping fees of €200. According to COMERZIA I either pay €600 to replace the crystal and the missing links (I need those missing links to have it fitted to my wrist) or I return the watch at my expense and loose €200. After a lot of messages back and forth, COMERZIA finally agreed to pay me a partial refund of €90. It does in no way cover the cost of replacing the crystal and the missing links but it is better than nothing.
