I am a bit disappointed, because that rubber strap is basically damaged. It was not really clear on the pictures, neither mentioned into the text.

È arrivato l’orologio con una parte del cinturino in caucciù staccata dall’acciaio ,danneggiata quindi l’estetica (danno causato dall’età dell’orologio non dal trasporto quindi il venditore conosceva il difetto) La soluzione per il commerciante era rendere dell’orologio non ha ritenuto valida la proposta di inviare un cinturino od una maglia da sostituire

Leider ist die Uhr auf der eigenen Homepage wesentlich günstiger als bei Chrono24, trotz meines Preisvorschlag war die Uhr billiger!)

The pictures appear to have used some sort of filter \ editing which altered and misrepresented the true colour. I queried this and asked if we could see other pictures or view over a video call. Seller was not willing to do this. Written description did not mention the strap was not original. Watch kept poor time and immediately required a service. Again not mentioned in the description.

Der Händler beschreibt die Uhr als "revised and polished". Es wurde keine gute Revision durchgeführt. Das Gehäuse war innerlich ziemlich verunreinigt. Das Plexiglas wurde behelfsmässig mit Leim verklebt dabei hinterliesen sie Leimspuren auf dem Zifferblatt und Gehäuse! Die kurze Gangreserve lässt auch darauf schliessen, dass nicht sauber geölt wurde. Ich werde die Uhr zu einem Tudor- Spezialisten bringen müssen um alles zu verbessern. Dem Händler habe ich alles geschrieben und Bilder sogleich geschickt.

Hice un pedido y después lo cancelaron por falta de stock. No tenían el reloj.

Bonjour Les photos n’étaient pas précises de même que la description de la montres En effet les photos donnent l’impression d’une montre en or jaune alors qu’elle est en or rose (pas grave mais ça aurait évité des questions). Le bracelet est déformé d’un côté de la montre il aurait normal de le préciser sur la description du produit même si la montre n’est pas neuve. La montre n’avait pas fonctionné depuis longtemps le vendeur aurait dû me guider sur la technique pour remonter manuellement la montre cela aurait évité le stress et la médiation

The watchband that accompanied this watch is not original, not a Cartier watch band, and not gold and steel as indicated on the listing. I will now have to spend additional $$'s to purchase a Cartier watchband

Het horloge werd omschreven als ‘Herenhorloge / unisex’ maar betere aanduiding was geweest ‘Dameshorloge/unisex’ want bleek ultra korte horlogeband te hebben geschikt voor een zeer smalle vrouwenpols! Gelukkig heeft Chrono24 kunnen bemiddelen; de verkoper trof geen schuld naar zijn menig en dus geen coulance van zijn kant!

Description on website was not conform. Pictures were as product is, but description was probably from another watch of the same brand. Communication was in very short words and not really approachable. Guess he was was very busy. Thats what you see with sellers who have more then a 100 or up to 300 watches on Chrono. In one way understable, but on the other hand the feedback is then late or too short. I mean if you want to buy one or more watches for prices from 1550 up to 2300 euro’s you would expect more communication or name it service. I love the watch, but clasp op bracelet was just dirty and not cleansed, so maybe also due to that they are busy. Again, am plsd with the watch, but would love to more friendly approach. In the end we are the customers they need. No?

The seller promptly responded to questions, but wouldn’t answer my actual questions regarding condition and servicing. When I asked if the watch had been pressure tested they repeatedly claimed that a 10 year old mechanical Tag should never be considered water resistant and stated that their warranty does not cover water damage. They failed to answer my question and were evasive. The watch was promptly despatched and delivered. However, the advert description was inaccurate. The watch was very dirty and hadn’t even had a basic clean. Also, the locking crown mechanism was broken. This did not match the description of “Very good” condition and “worn with little or no signs of use”. When I contacted the seller regarding these problems they replied promptly, but they stated that the locking crown mechanism had been broken in transit to me. (Looking at the pictures on the listing, none of them show the crown locked). Their suggestion was to return the watch to them for a clean and for them to repair the crown locking mechanism. This was very inconvenient and costly for me. For an established watch seller it is very disappointing that they sent the watch to me in this condition- they seamed very amateurish. I elected to keep the watch and have the crown repaired, along with a pressure test, by my local watch maker.
