For spending almost 10k on a watch , I know you are supposed to wind these if you don’t wear it often but EVERY day I have to fix the date and hands. Yesterday ! I had to fix the date and took it off to sleep , when I put it back on less then 10 hours later , STILL have to wind this clapped up watch and when I contacted the dealer they said it was just brought into service before I purchased it and that’s a complete pile of raccoon piss. Would not recommend buying from here .

I was so excited to buy this watch for sentimental reasons. After purchasing it, the watch I received was not the watch in the photographs - it had a different dial. While the seller was very nice about it, I’m left still looking for the watch I’m seeking.

The watch had a couple of links that wouldn’t even bend! The movement, face , and hands had ti be replaced by Cartier. This watch was apparently not inspected, like what is mentioned! Over priced for the product, plus another 2K to get watch in top notch condition. Communication was rushed, and indifferent. I was told ti just simply return the watch…

I purchased a Rolex (coke) and Phigora made the transaction easy and shipping was very fast (next day) but the watch I received did not match the pictures in their advertisement on Chrono24 so I started a mediation request to see if the watch they sent was the right one and they confirmed it was. I pointed out the pictures in their ad not matching the watch sent and they claimed it was a mistake and offered to refund the purchase which is fine but going to be a hassle because duty's and taxes would not be refunded without going through a process of filling out a form and sending it to the government then waiting for the refund etc. In the end I will keep the watch because I was lucky in that it has more scratches (4 more) then the watch advertised in the photos but not so many that I feel like jumping through all the hoops to send it back. Just a buyer beware that you might want to confirm the photos are the real ones for the watch you're purchasing before buying it. I doubt I will buy from Phigora in the future because if you want to earn online buyers trust it's IMPERATIVE to ensure the photo matches the product 100%. I was hesitant to buy 14k CAD watch online for this exact reason.

la montre s'arrête dans la nuit, malgré le fait de la porter tous les jours, elle a besoin d'une révision et cela aurait dû être spécifié dans l'annonce. D'autre part, vous m'aviez promis le remboursement de 100 dollars sur le prix, à ce jour mon compte n'a pas été crédité.

This watch diamond setting looks not original one. However, the dealer said that from factory one, but the setting really different with original watch.

The watch was different from what was promised on three different elements. I have sent it back. Communication was swift and good.

the watch arrived with no functioning tritium on the outer bezel of the 50 marker. it took a few days to figure out what was wrong. Attempts to contact the seller and Chrono24 have been ignored. So, I will have to send it to the Ball factory in Switzerland and pay for the repair.

The ad for the watch purchased stated “worn with little to no signs of wear.” This is highly inaccurate as the tachometer scale along the outside of watch shows SIGNIFICANT wear and the wear is not shown in the picture of the watch on ad.
