First, the good: * the cosmetic condition of the watch was consistent with the pictures (it's rose gold and not yellow though) * the shipping was relatively quick (two working days) Now, the bad. Before the purchase, I asked the dealer how accurate the watch was. Their reply was "always inside the cosc" (sic). That reply actually tipped me to buy the watch. Turns out that that accuracy was not exactly the case. Upon receipt, I tested the watch on the timegrapher, fully wound, not magnetised and at the 60s interval. The watch ran at +17s/day. I flagged that to the dealer, and their response was that COSC is "much more flexible for the vintage watches" (which is, again, not the case). As the watch was, according to the dealer's words, under a one year warranty, I asked if it's OK for me to bring the watch to a local watchmaker for an adjustment, at their expense. Their response was along the lines that they were basically doing me a favour by selling that watch at that price and if I'm not happy, I could return it. Hence the rating.

Die Box von der Uhr war verschrammt und das Leder innen hat sich schon aufgelöst… die Uhr hat genau 15 Tage funktioniert und ist jetzt defekt… Das Paket mit der Uhr wurde bei mir im Mehrfamilienhaus einfach abgestellt…

I bought a watch from these guys, where the ad said (paraphrased) "Longines Master Collection year 2022, with original box. Condition: Very good". The price was a bargain for the year/condition so I jumped on it and clicked the Buy button. After delivery, the watch was indeed in very good condition. It turns out though, after a serial number lookup, that the watch was originally produced/sold in 2019 (not in 2022 as stated). The original box was also delivered as promised, but the problem here was that the condition of the box was dreadful - not anywhere near the "Very good" condition stated in the ad. So "watch good", "box bad". I was offered to send it all back, but all in all, I'm satisfied with my purchase since the watch itself is in good condition and I got it at a fair price. But the stated details like overall condition and production year is what gives the low score for my review. If the dealer would have been honest about the condition of the box upfront and more open about not really knowing the production year I would have given a better score. Tip to dealer: Be open about all the details.

Seller as a professional dealer didn't point out that the watch's perpetual calendar has the date off by one day. It is a Kurt Klaus fixed PPC module, buyers needs immediate watchmaker repair to fix the date, and seller compensated for the cost. Not the best buying experience.

Die Uhr war in einem dünnen Karton verpackt. Es gab keinerlei Stoßschutz. Beim Versand einer Uhr nicht ok! Die Uhr ist sehr schön und wie beschrieben, ich hätte mir aber eine Angabe gewünscht in der klargestellt wird, dass das Armband nicht original ist. Sehr schade, dass hier erneute Kosten entstehen um ein neues Armband zu beschaffen. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Uhr, aber ein recht unbefriedigendes Kauferlebnis.

Artikel musste wegen eines offensichtlichen optischen Mangels zur Instandsetzung !

Der Zustand der Uhr ist wie beschrieben sehr gut. Das Armband war leider viel zu klein. Das ging aus der Beschreibung nicht hervor. Ich habe für 230 € ein neues Armband kaufen müssen. Ansonsten habe ich Eine sehr schöne Uhr für einen vernünftigen Preis erhalten. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Holger WENZEL

Der Händler hat eine Behauptung über die Uhr abgegeben , die ich ihm widerlegen musste. Erst dann hat er ein neues Angebot gemacht. G.Gerke
