I expressed an interest in a watch, was given a 'special price' but because I didn't actually purchase the product until a few days later the price had gone up. I was told that just like stocks and shares the prices fluctuate. Would have been nice to have been told this before. It appears that the 'special price' was only valid at the point of offer. No communication with regards to delayed delivery time; it was up to me to instigate any dialogue. Latterly the gentleman I spoke to was quite curt. Not the best experience when spending four and a half grand.

The watch came with a small scratch on the bezel. This must have been there before sending it to me because the watch came wrapped with a plastic protection film. The seller offered me to pay polishing and removal of the scratch by a local watchmaker. The scratch was polished away but you do not expect this from a new watch. Also, it took me 2 hours to go to the local watchmaker.
