Dear Valued Customer, As we have explained to you before, there was a high exchange rate fluctuation in those days for our local currency. That's why the price had been updated daily and you saw different prices in Euro. However, our original price wasn't changed which was in TRY. This watch has been sold with 2 different straps in the market; plain leather and crocodile pattern leather. We have shipped the watch to you with crocodile pattern strap. If we had the plain leather version in stock, we wouldn't hesitate exchanging it. However, this watch was the last one in our stock and it wouldn't be possible to supply it again. So, after getting your review, we have checked our records and we didn't see any problem with the watch. Everything seems perfect. If you want, we can send you the pictures of the watch which were taken just before shipping. We only sell brand new watches together with full box set. The manufacturer warranty period starts after the purchase. We don't understand why you didn't contact us if you think that there is a problem with the watch. We didn't get any message from you before & after the purchase. Otherwise, we would be more than happy to help you.
