Wait time to ship is 3-6 weeks. If I’m spending 4,000 $ I expect for it to be here within a few days. Went to the AD the following day and spent 300$ more for a BRAND NEW one, and had it on my wrist leaving the store.

Ok. This review was just requested of me regarding a Canceled order back in 2021. Why are they asking me to review a canceled order months later? I do not know but the seller had a Brand New watch in Hand, yet when I attempted to buy it they said there would be a delay because it was sent out for a “Polishing” why would someone send out a BRAND NEW WATCH for Polishing? Again, I do not know. But the order was canceled back in 2021 and it is coming up in my overview here on Chrono24 to review the transaction now. I trust Chrono24 as they have always had my back so here is the review requested. I would have just let it lay as a cancellation.

The overall appearance of the watch was as described. However, ever since I got the watch, I realized that the crown was very difficult to screw down. I took it to a local Breitling authorized dealer and discovered that the crown stem was bent. This was 100% not disclosed by the seller. I called Watchbox and spoke to Justin. There were two options: return the watch for a refund or send it into them for repair. I didn’t want to return the watch for a refund because this was a great deal especially on this color combo. But when I was trying to figure out repair options and logistics, Justin was very pushy on sending it to them for repairs instead of sending it to Breitling USA from my local AD. I then recalled that Watchbox has their own warranty program and I highly suspect that I was being pushed to send the watch back to Watchbox for their own repair work instead of sending it to Breitling USA. The “pushiness” that I felt was a bit on the aggressive side so this started giving me huge trust issues about Watchbox. On the other hand, my local AD was calm. They were very helpful and explained what to expect for the Breitling USA warranty process. Watchbox and Govberg just lost a customer today.

Dealer did not respond to any communication after completion of the purchase. Tax was open and it took many weeks to get it resolved
