Hello Antonio, I am sorry you had a bad experience. We list our items both on the platform and in store in Bishop's Stortford; to keep things completely fair for everyone we only hold items back that have a payment received against them, either in part or in full. In this instance, no payment was sent so the item was sold to someone elsewhere. It is a rare occurrence but we do try to keep it fair for everyone who enquires with us. This does mean that from time to time some people will be left disappointed, despite our best efforts. Watch advertised was a 2022 year of production. What I received was a 2019. I am based in Australia and had the opportunity to purchase a 2021 model here which would have saved me the $2k in GST & import fees but passed on the Australian based piece due to this watch supposedly being a 2022 model. After raising my concern with the initial sales agent they didn't apologise and tried to convince me that because the watch wasn't sold until 2022 (with no proof!) the age of production was of no concern! I was honestly shocked! They then offered £250 in compensation which was embarrassing and insulting. After 1 weeks of messages going back and forth I was eventually contacted by the CO-CEO of the dealership. After another few emails and still no sincere apology or explanation of why they sold me a model 3 years older than advertised I opened a mediation case with Chrono24. The CO-CEO then offered a refund of $2k Aud which was reluctantly accepted (I had asked firmly for $2.5k) as I was backed into a corner and was only going to be at a loss if I'd returned the watch due to losing the $2k I paid in GST / import fees. So, in the end yes I've received a good price on the 2019 watch but I've ended up with a watch that was advertised and sold under false advertising and a 3 year older model. Needless to say this will be my one and only ever purchase via CHRONO24. The joy of this purchase was completely taken away and all I got was stress and frustration.

Unfortunately, the date issue on this watch was due to an administrative error, that was as a result of our consignor giving us a copy of his invoice dated 2022. Poor experience for me. Never managed to get a firm (within a couple of days) commitment to when I would received the watch. System for paying was poor, price was amended after I paid a deposit, and kept getting a final invoice and value less the deposit. No warning when the watch was being despatched, found by a neighbour on our rear patio, we were away for a long weekend. Had to take the watch to a jewellery’s to get the strap shortened before I could wear it. They had a number of similar watches on display, more cost effective than the watch I bought. I would not personally recommend.

Thank you for your review. We did outline there was 2-4 week lead time as there was servicing work and parts required from TAG to enable us to offer our 2 year warranty. There was a notification of dispatch sent to yourself on 5 March, approximately 3 weeks after the deposit was received. Delivery was completed by Royal Mail, my apologies that it was left on your rear patio- clearly this is unacceptable and I will take this up with our Royal Mail account manager. I do hope that you are satisfied with your new watch and I remain at your disposal if you require any further assistance.

Not impressed with this purchase from Chrono24. Condition of the bracelet was described as 'Bracelet: Excellent - Little to no signs of wear' except its actually been very badly polished, streaky and done by clearly an amateur. That is not little to no signs of wear. The pictures of the watch online did not show this at all. Given that has been done to the watch, worried about the 'service' now as well and what other sub par maintenance has been done. Will be having to send it off to Rolex for a proper polish and thorough service now instead which will take upwards of 3 months. Total waste of time and money to rectify this. Would recommend buying elsewhere.

I accepted the offer for a watch, the watch was reserved for me for 24hrs. By the time I was able to pay the following day, they informed me they sold the watch to someone else for a better price. I do not understand what is the point of the watch being reserved. Bad experience.
