Pictures of the condition of the watch were misleading and strap condition was completely misrepresented. A new strap will need to be purchased. Communication was frustrating. Dealer said he credit me a small amount and did not. After repeatedly trying to communicate this with dealer, I became too frustrated to deal with it any longer.

Händler bezeichnet die Uhr als neuwertig und liefert diese mit einem völlig verschlissenen, nicht originalen Armband. Zur Reklamation verweist er darauf, dass es sich ja nicht um eine neue Uhr handelt.

The watch was unfortunately in worse condition than described. In addition, the coding of the bracelet did not match the watch. That wasn't in the description either. The delivery was quick and easy.

You have asked us for a reduction due to a scratch on the cover that we cannot accept due to the low margin at Rolex. The code that references the bracelet is completely correct as the year of production of the watch fits on that bracelet. We do not understand the reason for complaint in this regard. Regarding negative communication, we have dealt with Chrono24 at all times. Requesting the return of the watch and money. Finally, to comment that we are surprised that a drop in money for an item that was already below the market price would have satisfied your expectations. It has already happened to us on several occasions that if we do not give in to a drop in the amount, they value us negatively.

The dealer was never in verbal nor written contact with me so very hard to rate.the watch came quickly and well packaged.the date was wrong on the watch and it is losing 5 minutes every week.the dealer stated the watch was in perfect working order.it is obviously not .these 2 details are too small to moan about but large enough to be annoying and show a little lack of class.especially the time and date being wrong on delivery.
