This will allow us to relist it for the higher price it deserves, and sell it to some lucky buyer who is looking for the more desirable 38mm model. My feedback is that there can be better communication. I am just disappointed that the watch I wanted was not reserved and sold to someone else after I had already made the payment within 24 hrs.. just because there was a delay in bank transfer. If I was informed earlier, that they would sell the watch to someone else, I would not have made the payment and that would have saved me some distress. I have learnt my lesson and would stay away from this platform. On my part, I have informed at every stage when there was a delay due to bank transfer issues and updated in the message at every stage.. Anyway, I got my refund back(thanks to the chrono24 team) and that somewhat allay my overall bad experience.

We offered you a higher-priced substitute at the same price you already paid, but you refused. Your complaint is not with us as a seller, but with the way the Chrono24 platform works. Per Chrono24 policies, until payment is received, the target watch is not truly reserved for you. Many times, people tell us that they are going to make payment, and then the payment never comes through. We are simply keeping the watches available for customers who are truly going to make their purchase. Otherwise, half of our inventory would be perpetually on hold! It is really unfortunate that your bank delayed the payment, and you missed getting this watch. We offered you a substitute at the same price, but you refused. Our advice would be to use a different financial institution, or even use a credit card to make your payment, so that your payments go through faster. Your complaint is not with us as a seller, but with the way the Chrono24 platform works and with your own financial institution for delaying your payment.

The watch was shipped the same day we received payment. We shipped it via UPS with full insurance and a signature required. It was delivered on time. Since there is no explanation for the low rating on shipping, I can't really respond beyond the fact that everything seems to have gone perfectly with the shipping.

We really made ourselves as fully available as possible. You could even schedule an appointment to visit our retail store in Atlanta, if you like. The watch was advertised as new/unworn. While the condition of the watch in the metal was good, it arrived dirty which made me question its advertised condition. Shipping was suboptimal, as the watch did not fit into the shipping boxes in which it was sent. Neither of these are overly major problems, but the lack of attention to detail does make one question the care with which the dealer treats the watches it sells.

This watch was advertised as "Unworn", defined by Chrono24 as "Unworn: Mint condition, without signs of wear. From old stockpile, may have minimal signs of wear from storage." The watch is five years old, as evidenced by the Omega Warranty card, and therefore is not "new" or "perfect," but it is certainly amazing. Even though Chrono24 allows that the watch might show minimal signs of wear, this one is incredible, and if it had some dust or smudges from being an unpolished watch from 2018, that is understandable. We ship scores of watches every day, all over the world, and almost all of our clients praise the packaging we use as very secure and discreet, and the watches are very well protected.

When I received the watch it wreaked of cheap perfume that will not come off of the band. The dealer was not helpful whatsoever and told me to go kick rocks. The watch is literally unusable it smells so bad.

Max, we would never send a watch out reeking of cheap perfume, but if you are not satisfied with your watch, you are certainly welcome to take advantage of the generous return policy we offer and send it back, since I assume it has not been worn. I would also point out that straps on pre-owned watches are generally changed to one of your liking right away, and this normal operation should take care of any perceived smell.

Would not recommend. After less than 24 hrs of receiving the watch, I decided it wasn’t for me after all and to return this watch. A big part of why I purchased on Chrono24 is the assurance of the “guaranteed 14 day return” policy. Upon communicating my desire to return the watch to the seller, the seller threatened an undisclosed $600 “restocking fee” and I have yet to see an actual refund. Extremely disappointed and would advise others to steer clear.

The 14 Day Return policy requires that you return the watch in the same condition it was when you received it. You had three major differences between the condition when you returned the watch versus when you received it: 1) you wore the watch, and scratched it, which is against the Chrono24 policy, 2) the watch had been sized, which is against the Chrono24 policy, and 3) you removed the bright red protective sticker from the bracelet that says "Not Returnable if Sticker is Removed". Removing protective stickers is also against the Chrono24 return policy. We do have a very liberal return policy, but we expect the client to return the watch in the same as-sold condition, within the time limit. Since we just received your watch this morning, of course you haven't gotten the refund yet. It takes a little time to process, but you will see it soon.

Alex, we ship to Dubai literally every day, and we are required by the Chrono24 policies to only send the invoice they provide. We have never had a problem with a shipment to Dubai, and we have never needed to break the Chrono24 policies and change the invoice. If you need a different invoice, you might want to look at how your business name is registered with Chrono24, so that the invoice they provide will say what you need it to say. We were in constant contact with you over the eight days between your first message to us and when the watch was delivered, having sent five different messages to you over that period. We even told you that if you needed a different invoice, that you would need to contact Chrono24 directly! I am really happy that you are thrilled with the watch, and that you got it quickly and safely.

This “company” claimed it had previous Omega-trained servicemen on staff who evaluate their watches before sale to ensure proper working order and extend their company warranty. I received the watch and noticed fingerprints on the hour markers and inside the glass. Obviously this wasn’t done by Omega so I brought it to a trusted Omega store abs had them run tests on the mechanics. (They had a serviceman available for limited time). Learned the watch loses 10 seconds per hour and needed service. I sent it off to omega and learned the dial needed to be replaced due to water damage. Brought it to the company’s attention reasonably asking them to make this right. Received the typical response how great their company is reviewing their products prior to shipment and photos matched the description. Moreover, they informed me sending it to Omega would breach their personal warranty (as if their company could be trusted to perform the repairs). They refused to pay a dime for the repairs or take any responsibility for the fact the watch was not as described at time of sale. If the watch wasn’t rare due to 5 year production period, I’d return the watch immediately and tell this company where they can put the watch. Do NOT do business with this company. You have been warned.

The pictures in the listing are all of the actual watch we shipped to you, and all imperfections are enlarged by the professional camera. Every imperfection can be seen when you mouse over the photos to zoom in. Your watch was fully serviced, pressure-tested to make sure it is watertight, and timed to precision right before we shipped it to you. We are absolutely confident that everything was as it should be. Everyone knows that when you send watch to the factory service centers, there is no such thing as an estimate showing "no service needed." We are absolutely sure it was running within the factory standards for this watch. The warranty that covers your watch in case of mechanical issues does not cover any kind of service or repair by a third party, even Omega themselves. That is why we would not be able to participate in the Omega fees for service. This is partly because the watch manufacturers always recommend a full service, even if the watch doesn't necessarily need one. This is how they operate their service centers at a profit. If you are ever having any kind of issue with your timepiece, you can always send it back to , and our Omega-trained master watchmakers can resolve any issue quickly and get your watch back to you.

The Rolex Submariner two-tone was advertise as new/unworn. Several scratches on the clasp and links showed that the watch has been used. They even haven’t bothered polishing that to keep it clean for presentation! The worst part was denying that by sending me a photo of the watch before posting which clearly showed the scratch. This was my second purchase from Swiss Watch Expo and certainly the last one.

Impossible to get a straight answer about payment options. I was first offered bank wire payment which I declined because it offers no safety or recourse to a buyer. Seller then directed me to Chrono24 support for other payment options, support then directed me back to seller as the party controlling payment options. Too much confusion. I will purchase elsewhere.

Speedy shipping and good communication. However, the photo of the watch does not reflect the obvious flaw of the watch. There are 2 bulbs on the rubber bezel between 25mins and 30mins. It seems the Superocean 42 rubber was brand new but returned by the first owner due to the build flaw. If I could tell it from the pictures, I would have never bought the watch.

Here we do post photos of the actual watch for sale in the listing. We try to be completely transparent, so that you can judge the quality and condition of the watch for yourself. The photos are taken right before the watch is listed for sale, and then it is photographed again in our shipping department as it goes out to the purchaser. None of these photos show the flaws you describe, so we do show the watch being shipped out as described. Just in case our clients are not happy for any reason, we do offer a generous return policy.

They had sold the watch, all while my money was sent to escrow in London. I then had to wait sever days for my funds to release. They could have notified me before I approved and processed payment. The item was left essentially with zero support at the Canadian border requiring significant efforts on my part to get the item out of being held by customs. I informed the dealer of this issue and my actions, no apologies, he just acted like he solved the problem. He did zero. Chrono24 is great, I would avoid this dealer.
