The shipment was fulfilled with Deutsche post and it was slow and the package /paper envelope/ was damaged. The listening has only one picture of the clasp in folded position.

L’orologio è perfetto ed è molto molto meglio rispetto alle foto(spesso le foto sono talmente nitide ed incise che dal vivo, ad occhio nudo, le imperfezioni non si notano minimamente). Il venditore è stato disponibile, ma la vera bestia nera è stata DHL Germania:15 giorni per ricevere il pacchetto. Dal numero di spedizione non si riusciva a capire dove fosse finito il plico. Ma ,ripeto,non è stata colpa del venditore, il quale ha, dal canto suo, fatto un buon confezionamento. Lo consiglio

The item was labeled incorrect. Hence the item I received corresponded to the picture but not to the description. I returned the item at my my own cost (shipping). Apart from that the return policy and service were excellent. I would have wished for the dealer to apologize. This did not happen. Instead he insisted on having sent an item that was identical to the item displayed on the picture. There was no awareness of the consequences of his mislabelling. Still, I would recommend this dealer. He seems very trustworthy and reliable.

Worst customer ever! He expected a full refund of the shipping fees as the package was not delivered after one! day from germany to the US. Thank you for the good feedback! I have answered all of your questions in time, watch was shipped same day as payment cleared and you had it 2 days later. Hence feedback for communication and shipping is just not correct. If you had been in touch with me about not beeing happy with your purchase, I would have been able to help you and solve it. But this feedback is the first time I hear that there was a problem with the watch. I'm sorry for this, but this could've been solved way better than this...
