Händler bewertet die Uhr mit Zustand „sehr gut“ und verneint bei Nachfrage Dellen und Kratzer. Tatsächlich weist die Uhr bei beiden linken Anstößen jeweils eine tiefe, sofort sichtbare Delle auf, die auch durch einen Goldschmied nicht zu beheben ist. Weder wurde der Rücktransport vom Händler bezahlt, noch hat er mir gegenüber den Erhalt der Uhr bestätigt.

Only after my card was charged did this dealer tell me that the watch had already sold in their showroom. I am not sure what they gain by listing watches on Chrono24 that are not actually for sale but now I am left waiting for my refund to purchase the watch from a different dealer. Not the end of the world but not a great experience either.

The package was delayed . The product though was well packaged and pictures were true to real product. Follow up help was excellent to resolve the delayed shipment

The watch was sent with wrong papers which meant confusion to customs. After a very long time the watch was sent back. Whole process took two months ?

They send me the watch with a different dial than the pictures showed. They solved the refund with expected service. Refund fine.

Haltet Abstand von diesem Händler! Ich habe mir dort eine Uhr bestellt. Bei der Lieferung gab es keine Probleme, allerdings hat mir die Uhr nicht zugesagt. Daraufhin schickte ich den Artikel zurück. Als der Artikel bei dem Händler ankam behauptete dieser es sei etwas an der Uhr kaputt gegangen, dabei hatte ich sie nichtmal eine Minute aus der Box geholt, da ich auf den ersten Blick schon gesehen habe, dass sie nichts für mich ist. Den Versand habe ich extra versichern lassen und nichtsdestotrotz behauptete dieser „Händler“ ich hätte den Artikel beschäftigt. Folglich wurden mir bei der Rücküberweisung 260€ abgezogen. Absolute Verarsche. Ich kann jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen sich einen anderen Händler zu suchen!!

Shipping and Packaging: Packaging and Shipping was very accurate and fast. Description of the Watch: The Watch itself is in great conditions as mentioned but they did not mention the defected strap nor did you show pictures of the defected strap at chrono24. The condition of the strap is that bad, that I cannot use the watch with that strap as I'm afraid to lose the watch. I did complaint about the strap but problem solving and customer care is not important for this retailer. I tried several times in a friendly way to find a solution. Communication: They did answer fast. But not in a friendly and result oriented way. I would highly recommend this retailer to overthink their customer care.

The submariner watch had a bracelet from GMT and a clasp 2 years older then the watch.

In der Anzeige wurde die Uhr als komplett original beschrieben, war aber kein Original Armband und von den Papieren die vorhanden sein sollten fehlt etwas und auf die Rechnung warte ich heute noch

stuurd een kapotte corum bubble die hoegenaamd service en goed gecontroleerd was rustig als goed op. en als je hem een mail .met filmpje stuurd wat er kapot is. is het antwoord kan niet en als het je niet aanstaat stuur hem lekker terug en stik er in. nooit weer met deze handelaar.

Uhr war als ungetragen angegeben, allerdings fehlten zwei Glieder zudem ein fast nicht sichtbarer Kratzer an der Seite. Die Rolex Box hat extreme Gebrauchsspuren. Zwei Glieder wurden problemlos nachgeliefert.
