Habe 400,- Euro bezahlt brauchte die Uhr dringend für einen Kunden und mußte einmal eine Leerfahrt machen und beim zweiten mal wenn ich mich um alles gekümmert hätte dann wäre dir Uhr wahrscheinlich heute noch nicht hioer.

Die Uhr ist gut und entspricht grundsätzlich den Bilder. Allerdings hat sie eine Beschädigung auf dem Zifferblatt, was eigentlich auch kein Problem in Anbetracht des Alters der Uhr wäre. Nur war diese auf keinem der Bilder erkenntlich, was ich fair gefunden hätte.

Ich habe die Uhr gekauft, weil das Baujahr der Uhr mit 2018 angegeben war. Da auf der Garantiekarte kein Datum eingetragen ist, habe den Verkäufer nach den Baujahr gefragt. Dieser hat mir per Mail geantwortet und das Baujahr mit 2015/2016 angegeben. So etwas macht man nicht. Das Baujahr ist beim Kaufpreis entscheidend.

Die Uhr war mit Original Papieren und Original Box annonciert. Box war Original wie auch zu dieser Uhr, auf Umkarton war aber andere Serien- und Modellnummer. Garantiekarte zur Uhr war nicht unterschrieben, ohne Stempel und ohne Datum und zudem etliche Jahre nach der Produktion der Uhr gedruckt worden. Laut Betreuerin von Chrono24 kann das alles sein, Karte wird wohl erst bei Verkauf der Uhr angelegt und Unterschrift und Stempel und Datum wären für mich egal weil sie aufgrund des Alters keine Werksgarantie mehr hätte. Ich sehe das aber eher aus der Sicht, dass ich die Uhr evtl. mal wieder verkaufen möchte und dann hätte ich sie meiner Meinung nach nicht mit Papieren und Box anbieten können. War froh, dass ich vom Widerrufsrecht Gebrauch machen konnte und Rückabwicklung ging Gott sei Dank auch ohne Probleme. Aber nie wieder da.

At least once the dealer lied in answering direct question: are the warranty papers stamped and filled correctly? The answer was that ‘yes, but the warranty expired’ in reality though, the papers where now filled at all. When after receiving the watch I asked why I was disinformed, the answer was ‘warranty is expired anyway’. Seriously? I asked about papers. I wanted to do hassle-free service at official dealer and make sure watch was properly sold. I asked about papers, not warranty! Dealer seemed to answer his own imaginary question or just lied. Then, the watch was broken. The bezel was turning freely. And in this case I also asked specifically if the watch is OK and if there are any malfunctions or anything I should know. The answer was solid ‘the watch is as good as new!’ Was it a lie or complete incompetence in current model? I don’t know, but surely it is not a go d way to sell luxury watches, IMO. Especially bad was that I did not just bought the watch right away basing on description and pictures, I specifically asked the dealer and got false answers.

FedEx in England was bad. Received email to say it had been delivered and it had not. I telephoned to complain. It was delivered two days later outside the back door without me even signing for it. Very dismayed by the service. Communication with dealer was rather slow.

Trust and shipping ... really too too much expensive !!! More than 25% !!! The watch very nice . Luc Mathieu
