Artikel entsprach grundsätzlich der Beschreibung. Anzumerken ist (gilt auch für andere Verkäufer), dass bei einer Bewertung mit "Sehr gut (Getragen, keine bis kaum sichtbare Gebrauchsspuren)" mehr Ehrlichkeit angebracht wäre. Die hier behandelte Uhr zeigt definitiv Spuren ihres recht langen Lebens (57 Jahr). Das ist bei der Art von Uhr völlig in Ordnung, sollte aber auch so kategorisiert werden. Der mit dem Versand beauftragte Spediteur nahm den versicherten Versand nicht ganz so ernst. Die Uhr wurde kommentarlos bei einem Nachbarn angegeben. Es gab vorher keine Trackinginformationen und auch keine Zustellbestätigung. Gott sei Danke, habe ich einen ehrlichen Nachbarn, welcher sich wunderte, dass ich nicht zu ihm kam und mir die Uhr zwei Tage nach Zustellung hoch brachte. Ein Rückfrage beim Verkäufer bezüglich der anscheinend ausbleibenden Lieferung wurde nicht beantwortet. Deshalb nur ein Stern für die Kommunikation.

Unfortunately, I didn't feel very welcome as a customer. Packaging without outer packaging but in an airbag. Item as described, only the original box could be in better condition. Communication should be significantly better.

Really didn’t want to leave a review but chrono24 keeps asking for it. I’m very happy with the watch, but the communication was lousy. I had to chase him many times for details / to confirm the order / to confirm it had been sent / to update me tracking details. All this on an €8000 watch! I’ve had better customer service buying a watch for €80 off an ebay private seller... As I say the watch is v nice and exactly as described, but I probably wouldn’t buy from this dealer again.

J'ai demandé des photos en lumière naturelle en plus des 3 photos disponibles sur l'annonce avant de passer commande. Sur les 5 photos un défaut sur le cadran était à chaque fois quasiment totalement invisible. A la réception de la montre je découvre une énorme trace très marquée et bien visible qui n'a jamais été mis en avant, était ce un manque de chance ou volontaire (retouches photos ?), en tout cas le l'état de la montre ne correspondait pas aux photos présentées et ne correspondait certainement pas à un état descriptif "très bon" sans marque visible.

Not mentioned anywhere in the description that the watch has no original strap, no Bulgari 18K gold buckle and that it only fits a wristsize up to 15cm! I can't wear the watch before I buy a new original strap. At least 1500 Euros extra for an original one with gold buckle (far more with a deployant buckle). I find this dealer DISHONEST and would not recommend him in any way!

The watch looks great; unfortunately an hair was in the Dial, which was a disappointment and costly to remove.

The seller sent a useful watch, but the watch was damaged on way. I have to spend more than $200 to repair it. Unhappy now.

Die Uhr war wie beschrieben in sehr gutem Zustand, jedoch machte er falsche Angaben bezüglich des Kaufdatum, er gab 2015 an, dürfte sich aber eher um 2011 handeln.

I bought a Rolex Submariner. The watch was ok but the crystal was not an original crystal and no Rolex crown in it. I said nowhere in the text. Slow at answering emails.
