Item description stated 5 year manufacturer’s warranty. I contacted the seller to confirm it comes with Omega warranty and a stamped warranty card and they confirmed the watch comes with both. Based on this I bought the watch and took it to an Omega boutique who stated this watch has no warranty due to an unstamped card. I contacted the seller asking why the card was not stamped when they said it would be, and they stated that the card was not stamped because it is a parallel product and therefore no warranty. The item description was false and I was lied to before purchasing this item. I bought this listing based on the warranty. Very unhappy and will not shop here again as I cannot trust the seller. Only upside is that shipping was incredibly fast and well packaged.

Canceled an offer - to tired to wait. It took 1 week to get an pffer from the dealer. After waiting for 2 weeks for payment confirmation I've cancelled the order

My experience: Placed an order on a watch that was supposedly in stock. Several messages later, dealer made it seem like he was unsure if the watch was in stock. Then after the Japanese holidays were done - and I was told the watch would ship after - dealer then said it would be 5-7 "working" days until the watch shipped. I looked at the dealer reviews and saw that multiple others have had "delayed" shipping issues, some saying the watch they purchased wasn't even in stock. Which now I can safely assume that was the case with this one. Not a dealer I would recommend, nor buy from again, just from my experience - most dealers are straightforward from. Your experience may vary.

In essence the dealer did not have the watch available to ship. Delivery dates on the Chrono24 website were not kept. Subsequent shipping dates were similarly not kept. On my part funds were transferred speedily into Chrono24 Escrow. Now I have to get them returned. All in all a lot of work by me without a result !

Replies were fairly quick, so satisfied about that. However, it was difficult to negotiate and discuss what the plan was when talking with this company as they only send one line replies that don't really contribute to the conversation. They also sent the wrong item, with no standard inspection certificate, which was advertised as with original documents.

Shipping was fast when finally shipped but beware as the item I ordered was supposed to be new with tags and stickers it was not and when messaged about it they stated they took it off for recycling? That is something I have never heard of seems kind and f fishy to me. But it is what it is good luck trying to get a new watch with stickers as replacement.

I purchased the watch so that the radio function facility would work in the UK. This was incorrect as this function only works in Japan. The supplier should have been aware of this before delivering the watch to me. Very disappointed and will not purchase any more watches from Japan. The watch still works due to being solar but this is not what I purchased the watch.
