Since you made it clear that you do not wish to wait without the watch being delivered from the beginning. It was not our intention to disappoint you and sorry that we informed this in very last minute. We did not know before that our source could not get a watch to us, otherwise we would have informed you sooner. This is not a reflection of the service we normally provide but unfortunately in this instance we let you and ourselves down. From the very beginning looks like the watch was not really available . It was not clear if we are talking about the watch in picture at least I asked confirmation about the number of the insertion that never arrived. It is true that I have wait 7 days before pay but after 6 days the seller speed up the payment to me The 7th day I payed . The 8th day the seller confirmed I will receive the watch in 3 week and the day after they cancelled my order . May be it is my fault as the told me but really strange way to act by the seller

Hello again, As clearly stated in our message to you, our offer is viable for 24 hours. Unfortunately you decided to Accept our offer and ignore us for 7 subsequent days. The system does not allow us to cancel an order once it has been accepted, that could only have been done by you at this stage. Unfortunately you did not pay and did not to reject the offer, simply left it hanging there without communicating with us. After a week you decided to make the payment by which time of course the watch was no longer available. We were not trying to speed you up, but simply to understand what you were planning to do as we had no communication from you whatsoever. Your money was refunded to you in full, and we hope you will be able to purchase this watch with another supplier. Our only advise is to clearly communicate your intentions and timeframes. We hope we can be helpful again at some point in the future, until then, we wish you all the best. Kind regards,

Die Ware war auch drei Wochen nach der Zahlung icht vrsandt, obwohl sie "auf Lager" ausgezeichnet war.

We did have a slight delay at the courier side and unfortunately these delays occur on every field at these days and it is not at the control of seller (ourselves). We did inform you regarding the delay and kept you updated but you have cancelled your order 1-day prior to receiving the watch... Very stressful experience, just a drama! Have bought a new unworn omega seamaster and the watch has arrived already used with a lot of scratches, that i had to send back. Seller didn't want to admit this and has been opened a dispute managed by Chrono24. In the end "Guardian of time" decided to offer a discount of 350€ apologizing for issue created. It wasn't accepted obviously, cause i didn't need used watch. I don't reccomend this Seller.
