After sale, dealer told me they can’t send the band- would like to know before offer. Needed to return, zero communication from seller ever even when Chrono contacted them. Chrono not much help in the process and their guarantee? Good luck on any timely resolution

First off, the refused to negotiate or haggle on the price, even though a similar watch sold on ebay for 800 less, as they knew i had no other choice but to get it from them. The watch I received was as described, however the outer sleeve to the watch pillow was missing, so it would not fit snugly on it without taking out links. I asked them to please look around for it and send the sleeve or a replacement if they had one and was blown off. Part of buying a watch is the experience, how you are treated, and the lack of any semblance of omotenashi has left a bad taste in my mouth. If it came down to this dealer or another I would pick the latter first.

The watch, despite it is equipped with a COSC certified movement, takes 10 days per day. I will have to pay additional Euro 500 for an official revision by Omega. No compensation/partial refund has been offered by the seller for that. I do not recommend this seller.

The watch is externally in good condition, but I found out that there are some serious chronometric issues. I'm disappointed because the advertisement was incorrect and did not specified the 6 month warranty was for Japan only, but above all I'm disappointed by poor quality check before selling the object: the movement issue is not a minor one, but it's affecting the watch in the range of hours in a single day. I will keep the watch and pay for fixing the movement issue. I don't want to loose time trying to get the custom duty refunded, that will be definitely annoying.
