I was looking at Tissot 1853 watch and got the best deal with these guys but little did I know that the total price didn’t include commission fees when it arrives in uk from Spain.I received no alerts or signs to tell me so I paid over £135.watch in uk is like £40 cheaper retail price.Also they didn’t let FedEx know or didn’t give my details to them in order for them to contact me.At this stage I was very stressed and regretted buying the watch.so it came 5days after when it should of arrived.Communication with the dealer is very slow and replies sometimes take days.Been four week waiting for help with an query and they just thrown me aside.Not recommend this shop for UK buyers.

Auf einen guten Preis geeinigt, jedoch ist dem Händler nach Zahlungseingang eingefallen, dass er die Uhr nicht mehr im Sortiment hat.

The first message I sent to Relojes AGD was to ask specifically if it confirmed that, in case I made the payment on that same day, the watch would be delivered before Christmas. They confirmed the delivery date and I proceeded with the payment confirming that the payment was made. The next day I get a delivery date prevued to the 8th of January. When inquired about the schedule, they just told they sold the watch the day after I made the payment to another costumer and had to ask Seiko AD for a new one. When I insisted with the delivery date before Christmas they just answered with: “We keep fingers crossed”. This has been the only bad experience I had with Chrono 24 and I surely don’t recommend this seller to anyone, since you can’t trust them to deliver on the deal they made with you.

Dear Customer, Things are not as you said. You send a message on the 15th december asking for the watch avalaibility. We told you in that moment that we have one piece in stock. You made the order and payment after 2 days on 17th december once we sold the piece we had in stock. And we informed you all the times that the watch have been ordered to Seiko and we keep fingers crossed so we will get as soon as posible so we can ship it out to you. We wanted to deliver as soon as possible but is Seiko that doesnt had the watch in stock we cannot manufacturere the watch. We had the one we told you but like you took 2 days to get the payment done we sold it to another Customer. We are sorry for all the delay. Thanks and Best regards Customer service AGD Watches Spain
