Said that we apologized with you and offered you multiple solutions to solve the issue without any expense, over a partial refund as apology, because we support all our customers before and after their purchases, but you refused anything. However we want to clarify that if a manufacturer first gives delivery times, then extends these times and finally informs us that this model will almost certainly be put out of production, we have no responsibility in this regard, so it is useless to continue to wait and we decided to cancel the order and refund your money just to give you the opportunity to buy the watch elsewhere.
