Spedizione dell’orologio dopo 5 mesi. Arrivato, verifico irregolarità di marcia del cronografo e garanzia di altra gioielleria italiana. Verificata la garanzia invio tutto ad Omega. Risultato, ad oggi non ho l’orologio funzionante dopo ben 6 mesi. Ottimo prezzo, buona comunicazione ma in sostanza Ne sconsiglio altamente l’esperienza.

Dear Mr. Cobelens, we are sorry if you are not satisfy by our service. We placed the order on the 9th of February with a delivery time of 6 weeks. So the watch should have be available end of March. During these weeks Breitling informed the suppliers that there is not any more delivery time of the watches that are not in stock. So we stopped with the new orders , we were just focus on the olds one. The watch has been delivered it with 6 weeks of delayed , and we are really sorry for the delayed. Best wishes, MLW

To be honest it is not the sellers fault Breitling stopped the manufacturing of the model. Bit if you don't have the watch and you can not order it, don't sell it or list it. I ordered the watch on November 15 and they did tell me that delivery would take "4 - 6 weeks from the confirmation of the order. but in this time of the year before Christmas, we cannot guarantee the delivery before Christmas". I did not have an issue with it, it is the watch I wanted so I was prepared to wait. After that it was silent and I had to ask for updates. I got told the were waiting for Breitling to provide a date over and over again. In the end the message was that they could not supply the watch. So I requested to cancel on may 3. I noticed that a lot of watches on Chrono24 are not available when you inform about availability.

In Januari een Breitling Superocean besteld. Verwachte levertijd was half maart. Vanuit de verkoper geen enkele communicatie over de verwachte levertijd. Alleen als ik zelf mailde kreeg ik antwoord. Ik snap dat ze afhankelijk zijn van de lvertijden bij de fabrikant maar enige communicatie was fijn geweest. Uiteindelijk geannuleerd en in Nederland bij een dealer gekocht.

The dealer gave an estimated delivery date. After this date passed I asked about the status of my order. received the answer that it will take one more week at most. This went on for a few months. In my final message I asked for a tracking number and another update, I was completely ignored. I feel neglected as customer and do not recommend shopping here. Manchmal hat man kein Glück, und dann kommt auch noch Pech dazu. Der Händler hat wohl viele Uhren nicht vorrätig und bestellt die dann nach Zahlungseingang irgendwo. Manche bekommen die Uhr dann, manche nicht. Ich habe nach 6 Wochen Wartezeit storniert und ein anderes Angebot angenommen. Hatte mir mehr proaktive Informationen gewünscht über den Status der Bestellung. Wer viel Zeit und Geduld hat kann hier bestellen.

Purtroppo sono stato sfortunato con lo Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Classic Medium Small Seconds prenotato. Il tempo di consegna si è prolungato troppo anche se a dir la verità il venditore aveva avvisato del ritardo nella conferma d'ordine. Ma così è troppo (due mesi). Forse è il caso di evidenziare subito che l'orologio in vendita non è disponibile per molto tempo.

Termin okazał się dłuższy niż deklarowany i brak było jakiejkolwiek informacji ze strony sprzedawcy, że istnieje takie zagrożenie. Czekałam 6 tygodni! Totalnie zero kontaktu - dopiero w momencie mojego zapytania już po upływie deklarowanego czasu dostałam informację, że nie wiadomo, kiedy będzie zamówiony zegarek. Brak profesjonalizmu. NIE POLECAM! Finally, the sale was cancelled because the seller did not meet the deadline. The deadline turned out to be longer than declared and there was no information from the seller that there was such a risk. I waited 6 weeks! Absolutely no contact - it was only when I asked the seller after the expiry of the declared time, Then I received information that it was unknown when the watch would be delivered. Lack of professionalism. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Vor drei Monaten bestellte ich eine Glashütte SEAQ Panoramadatum und bezahlte diese auch sofort über das Treuhandkonto von Chrono24. Das von MLW versprochene Lieferdatum war Anfang 2022 avisiert. Auf Nachfrage dann plötzlich Mitte Februar. Am Ende gab ich nach drei Monaten Wartezeit entnervt auf. Entweder war die Uhr dann doch nicht lieferbar oder sie wurde initial “zu günstig” durch MLW angeboten?! In beiden Fällen darf man dann aber nicht so annoncieren. Ich fühlte mich nicht ehrlich beraten und informiert. Nicht empfehlenswert!

Нашел у дилера красивую модель часов потом попросил чтобы мне проверили если у них такая . Мне пришёл ответ что высылайте деньги. Я оплатил данную модель, но через 10 дней после этого мне написали что модели нет. Заморозили мои деньги почти на месяц . И подарок который я хотел сделать на Новый год к сожалению не пришёл. Я очень огорченный ?
