Pozytywnie oceniałem ofertę (ze zniżką ceny). Zadeklarowałem w niedzielę wieczorem zapłatę przelewem w poniedziałek. Następnego dnia otrzymałem informację o sprzedaniu zegarka wraz z deklaracją wysłania oferty na inny, podobny zegarek tej samej firmy. 1. Nie wierzę w sprzedaż zegarka w niedzielę wieczorem innemu nabywcy. Co oznacza, że nie był on dostępny w trakcie negocjacji oferty. Oferta nie była wycofana - co wprowadzało w błąd. 2. Deklaracja przysłania innej oferty na podobny zegarek nie została dotrzymana. Po co ją składano? Proszę o niepodawanie szczegółów do wiadomości. Moim zdaniem wystarczy opinia: sprzedawca nie dotrzymał deklaracji.

Uhr wurde im sehr guten Zustand inserieret und gekommen ist leider nur eine gute Uhr. Sie kam mit sehr vielen Kratzern auf dem Armband und am schlimmsten noch am Uhrglas in der entspiegelungsbeschichtung.

After initial negotiation, we agreed a price for the watch and I paid immediately. After three days of not hearing from them, I asked whether they would be sending the watch soon. They replied they would send it the following day. After not hearing again for two days, they contacted me to say that the watch was actually broken and they would not be sending it. When I asked for more information, they did not reply. I received a refund, but I found the whole process frustrating and disappointing: I would not recommend dealing with this company.

Very very bad and disappointing experience. Bought a watch described as like new. In the pictures the watch was like new and of course with the original steel bracelet. Sent a scratched watch with a 30 USD fake bracelet. The communication was so unprofessional that only with the help of Chrono24 the problem could be solved. Legally and morally questionable seller.

Shipping was very expensive, perhaps overly expensive; watch was loose inside its cardboard presentation box, and the marks inside the box indicated that it had knocked around in there during shipping. The watch and its box reeked of cologne, which I found to be unpleasant. Also, the watch and attached band were somewhat dirty — perhaps acceptable from a private seller, but not from a commercial seller. Seller did not respond to questions I submitted about the watch and its service history.

Die mir gelieferte Uhr hatte wenig mit der im Angebot beschriebenen zu tun. Wenige bis keine Gebrauchspuren vs. sichtbare matte Stellen auf dem polierten Gehäuse, Kratzer, Anschlagstellen. Die angebliche Weißgoldschließe war aus Edelstahl. Ich hatte dann über einen Monat mit der Rückgabe zu kämpfen. Hat dann gottlob mit tatkräftiger Hilfe von Chrono 24 geklappt. Ich bin geheilt.

I made an offer, which was accepted. I transferred the money via escrow. Then suddenly the transaction was canceled. Of course I go my money back but this was a bit strange. The seller did apologize and said something was wrong with the watch.

Das von mir vorgeschlagene Angebot wurde schnell angenommen, worauf hin ich annahm und sofort bezahlte. 5 weitere Fagen blieben in Folge gänzlich unbeantwortet. Nachdem ich 3 Tage auf den Versand wartete wurde mir dann ausschließlich auf die Frage nach Auslieferung zwar ehrlich aber relativ spät mitgeteilt, dass die Lünette stark beschädigt sei. Das hätte man auch schon im Angebot mitteilen können. Ein unzufriedener Ablauf, der nicht wirklich was mit kundenorientiertem Verhalten zu tun hat. Mit "königlich" hat das recht wenig zu tun. Schade .

El envío tardó 10 días desde que puso enviado hasta llegar a mí y la comunicación con el vendedor lo mismo de lento en las contestaciones.

The watch had 2 scratches which were obvious but not mentioned in the posting and invisible on the pictures published.
