Communication was great except they were not forthcoming about having the watch in their inventory. I asked for the watch serial number in order to gain some more insight to its authenticity. They could not provide it which raised a red flag. Come to find out they made the transaction and began to search for the watch. They have various reviews like this as well as good reviews praising their fine work. I’m sure they are honest merchants but they did not meet my expectations and so I give them two stars.

I have received the watch well packed and it is new as described. The problem was that the watch did not run soundly,the mass weight did not spin smoothly, I needed to bring the watch to the longines assistance and it will take time to get the service done. Fortunately the watch is under warranty. I would expect a better check of the watch from the dealer before sending it. The watch was a Xmas present and I will not be able to give the watch in time. Bad experience

Incredibly slow and does not communicate their delays. It was an unpleasant buying experience and I would not want to deal with this dealer again. The watch strap came defective but at delivery which took almost two months, I had no more patience to deal with them. Disappointing and would not recommend.

Ordered and paid right away for a Patek and waited a week for tracking numbers and shipping of the watch that never happened. Communication was spotty and I wanted the watch for a special event. With unexplained delay in shipping that wouldnt work. luckily i was able to cancel the order.

Item took 3 weeks to arrive from Japan and I paid $123. I’ve bought two other watches from Japan with free shipping that arrived within 5 days. Chrono24 had to message them twice to message me with updates. Would not buy from this seller again. They’ll now respond with a cut and paste explanation

After purchasing the watch the seller canceled the purchase , and now i have to face waiting for my money to be refunded and that will time and that’s something i dont like to face.

There were 2 significant scratches - on the watch case back and on the inside of the clasp when I received the watch. These defects were not shown in the photos initially shared by TWC (on purpose, probably). It is also not consistent to the description of the watch being 'New and unworn'. I sent them photos clearly indicating the defects and TWC continued to insist that it is new and unworn - Unbelievable. Their response was slow since I reached out regarding the defects. Even worse, in the end, they said "Since the timepiece is not in the original condition that was sent, the return could not be accepted.", while all this time I've not even worn the watch a single time and it's still sitting in the box untouched. Laughable if you ask me. (My guess is they would say the watch isn't in original condition in any case you complain or want a refund) TLDR: Terrible experience with this unreliable company. Do not recommend.

Another watch. Another watch company with a product that they’re advertising that they won’t sell because they don’t have it. Why waste everyone’s time.

Waste of time. Day1-Day5 Seller Reviewing Order “Since the watch was in the warehouse, it took some days for us to receive the watch We will check the condition and get back to you soon..” Day6 “Order received. You can pay.” Paid Day7 “There is a problem on the watch. However, we have another watch in our warehouse. Please let us know if you are to wait for the watch around 3-5 business day,” I asked for refund. Order canceled. Day8-Day12 Waiting for refund. This watch is still on sale with the price increased. Personally I do not trust this seller.

Had to deal with multiple sales agents to ask only 1-2 questions, of which I had to repeat myself because of the lack of communication. I still agreed to make the purchase, but they increased the price $1,000usd because the “market changed”. Shady people and shady business practices - I do not recommend this dealer

ebay/discounter type of experience. the color of the strap was different than on pictures ( we've ordered green but it was in fact more greyish). Can't really complaint much as should be concerned before a sale about the fact of using stock images..

I was told the watch was available. We agreed on a price. They then said it wasn't available after all and said i would have to wait a month to source out another watch. I wanted to get a refund of the money because there was no reason to have my money tied up for that long a time. So i told them this and said i would pay them when the watch was acquired. They said i could do this bit they would not honor the agreed price. Quite frankly i think the sold the watch to another buyer and wanted me to cancel my sale. Anyway i think this is bad business practices and i will let whoever reads this review to judge them. I did nothing wrong.
