Didn’t package the watch correctly so the decorative box was damaged from shipment. Bubble wrap around the box would have prevented this. Also, the watch was not “new” as it didn’t include the tags or plastic and has clear small scratches from being worn a bit or perhaps tried on many times. Not happy with the product.
