First, its worth noting that this seller is illegally asking for positive reviews in exchange for an extended warranty. I will be reporting them to the FTC for this. On to the item. I really needed it to on a Saturday and asked them to overnight. They did send it overnight. But instead of to my address. They sent it to a fedex shipping center without telling me. Who does that? When I asked them about it, they said they found it helps with their insurance. But why not tell me head of time? Rather I had to send my employee to an entirely different location. Then, after I got. I notice it had a defect on the band. I have now emailed them 3 times about it and every time they ignore my question. I am very unhappy. All the while, they keep trying to bribe me to leave a good review.

We rejected his offers, chrono24 received his payment after 2 weeks
The buyer asked us to ship it overnight.
We shipped it overnight Hold at fedex (0,3 mile
from his address ) as the only option for Saturday shipping for this area.
We shipped it with fedex notification option via email
If the package is not picked up we notify the buyer as well
He received the watch next day with free shipping
This is his email through chrono24 on the first day(There is an odd little defect on the band. I will send you a pic) he didn’t send pictures, Seller never sent review reminder if he does not respond to buyers email
after 15 days ,when I send him a review reminder he reply, he can not wind the watch on the winder, I explained him right the way you can not wind manual watch on the winder, he got upset and left the review. I asked him through
Chrono24 to send prove for 3 emails he sent or to remove the dishonest review.
He didn’t respond to this question he sent picture of the strap with this email (I am not going to change my review unless something new happens) He is asking for money
According to pictures something invisible to the naked eye, we offer him new strap and additional one year warranty to make him happy, he disagree he was looking for much more.
