La correa estaba muy sucia ,imposible limpiar y el reloj tiene un tornillo forzado y no se puede cambiar la correa.un desastre!

While this purchase was just “okay”, he refuses to reply to any other messages about his other products. Will not send pictures of the actual item and just uses library photos. The watch was fine, but next time I’ll be buying from someone else.

In all fairness, the watch received was as described and at a fair price. That said, the dealer was non communicative during the purchase process and the watch box arrived simply thrown into a larger box with a few pages of crumpled NYT around it. Again, in all fairness, the shipping was free. There are very few Aquis Titan's available so the choice was between this watch and one from Spain at $100+ more and with almost another $100 in shipping, plus the wait. Am I satisficed with my purchase? Yes. Was it pleasurable? No, not at all.

I have a trouble at custom/tax office by their Invoice. 2 weeks, every day I have to contact the office. Tax office keep this item and didn't allow to return. Finally I have to pay extra punishment fee. This shop staff should improve communication skill and know customer voice before shipping. 商品の写真等のやりとりまでは良かったのですが、発行されたInvoiceに問題があり税関でトラブルになりました。２週間ほど毎日税関とやりとりを強いられ精神的にほとほと困りました。商品は税関で保管され、戻すことも出来ず、最終的に高額な罰金を支払うことになり、弁護士に相談もしました。 販売店はきっと良かれと思ってしたのだと思いますが、裏目に出ています。何より、他の方が指摘しているようにコミュニケーションが取りづらい。こちらの意見を聞く姿勢のないところに問題がある。悪意はないのだろうが、高額な取引であり、ナーバスになっている購入者の立場を真摯に考えるべきだ。残念ながらお勧めできない。

Watch was shipped using only newspaper. Was delivered not working. No date or time was set. Watch was dusty and more used than described. Dealer was available be phone and concerned

La montre ne fonctionnait pas. Après avoir fait changé la pile, elle s’est de nouveau arrêtée. Elle est actuellement chez un réparateur pour un nettoyage. Quant au vendeur américain il m’a seulement dit (sans aucune formule de politesse) de lui renvoyer la montre... en omettant de me donner son adresse! J’attends de voir le coût de la réparation (on m’a annoncé 180€) avant d’engager d’eventuelles poursuites.

Il commerciante ha inviato l’orologio con un cinturino deteriorato, pertanto esprimo il mio disappunto. Avrebbe dovuto sostituire il cinturino prima della spedizione. In definitiva posso esprimere nei confronti di AJ Watches un giudizio insufficiente
