Hello, We are so sorry for the inconvenience. All Watches are shipped insured, and the insurance on a $1000+ item requires a signature for pick up. We did request for this item to be held for delivery per the tracking number. Why the timepiece was sent back to us I cannot conclude as it was not requested by UPS. If you'd like to reattempt your purchase delivered to an address that the package can be signed for at, we would love to assist you!

Unfortunately I asked if the watch has any scratches, received a positive answer. But when the watch arrived it had a defect in the case, so that I almost cut myself because of the damaged case. Not visible via photos, not described beforehand. Then I had to pay VAT and shipment to send back. I had to wait over 1 month, 35 days, until he finally accepted the watch !!! Only then I received my money (now/today..). Seller did not even was polite to tell Chrono24 he received the watch, so that I had to wait an extra 7 days. I am just disappointed.

I'm sorry that you had a bad experience however you did purchase a 70 year old timepiece and expected it to be in NOS condition. The return is processed through Chrono24 and the funds are released upon receiving the return. With international shipping we are at the mercy of customs...

Missing papers which was stated they had on the description of the item. Watch came with no additional links for me to use to adjust the bracelet. Unhappy

We apologize about the missing paperwork and we worked quickly to provide a partial refund. In terms of the links, unfortunately as the timepiece is preowned so we only have the links which are provided when the watch is sold to us. The number of links is visible in the photos.

I was not informed that an in person signature was required. I tried to have to order re routed to my work or held at UPS but the seller had restricted the delivery. The seller said they arranged to have the item held at UPS but when I went in to pick it up the next day I was told the item had been sent back to the seller.
