Ordered Swatch GB706E which was false advertised as GB722. Paid but after 5 days of sending emails on shipment, I finally got the info that this item the watch is not available at all. Sure mistakes happen but then inform at once and not after 6 days ! Waiting for refund now....

Dear Sir you left a negative review because the watch in stock had a different hour color hand.. we advised you about the different color and you didn't accept the watch received money back we have over than 2500 watches in stock However I don't understand how we damaged you...... you placed your order and received immediately money back to all people is reading this review, we want to confirm the customer didn't get the watch, didn't receive it, the buyer only placed an order that we refounded beacuse the watch available has a different color hand. Bestellung mit vereinbarter Lieferzeit 20 bis 25 Werktage. Nach 25 Werktagen fragte ich nach und erhielt sehr schnell Antwort: Die Uhr wird bald da sein. Erneut verstrichen 7 Tage ohne eine Mitteilung des Händlers. Daher bat ich um Stornierung des Geschäftes. Erstaunlicherweise wurde hierauf angeboten, dass er die Uhr am nächsten Tag hätte und Tags drauf versenden könne. Auf diese Versprechungen gab ich nix, da die vereinbarte Lieferzeit schon deutlich überschritten war und er es währenddessen auch nicht für notwendig erachtete, mich über Lieferprobleme zu informieren. Der Händler hatte tatsächlich am nächsten Tag die Uhr erhalten, er schickte hierüber ein Beweisfoto. Aufgrund der mangelnden Kommunikation hatte ich aber kein Interesse mehr, ein Geschäft mit ihm zu machen.

Dear Sir you left a negative review because the watch due covid didn't arrive this is a Pandemia period you placed your order, you cancelled the order due the delay and you received money back we done our best, but we can't cancel corona virus delay I DON'T UNDERSTAND why you left the negative review Seiko closed any shop, any dealer and no more watches are arrived in italy how we shluld be able to delivery the watch in this lockdown period?
