The watch was send with a tracking number that I couldn't use. Also the watch never reached me. I guess the seller didn't put the company name on the delivery address. After the seller showed me a screenshot, that the watch was on the way back (bc it couldn't be delivered due to "wrong address") it never reached the seller??

The watch was in stock. I ordered and paid for the watch. Order received and confirmed. The seller then canceled the order.

제품 사진 설명과 전혀 일치하지 않음. 케이스 크기(Diameter)가 46mm 인 것으로 설명되어 있으나 실제 크기는 42mm 수준임. 42mm 크기 시계면 사지도 않았음.

I bought an orient sun and moon ,i couldnt pick up the watch due to wrong ans missinformation ,it took like 1month to solve.The comuniccation after the problem was ok but the problem was done.

No pictures of the manual or box were provided. The box and papers given with the watch was stated as ‘original’, but this is untrue as the papers do not fit inside the box. Dealer insisted this is the original box they were given for the watch, but either the papers or box are probably fake/added. The papers only have the date and dealer name, the serial numbers or model numbers were not filled out. Despite the listing saying the shipping is free, the dealer asked for extra to ship to Canada. Do not buy any expensive items from this dealer. If you do, please double check with them that the papers and box are actual originals, with accurate information filled out.

This dealer caused a world of trouble for me by not including an invoice with the shipping package. This caused the shipment to get held up at customs. And when I asked for an invoice, I got one for the WRONG amount, and because of the difference between the payment receipt from Chrono24 and the dealers invoice, customs assumed I was withholding the correct value, and assigned their own which was much higher than the actual value of the watch. Final result - customs duty of 60% the actual value of the watch.

There were no more images shown - that's unfortunate! I wouldn't buy it again! The package was really cheap quality, for example papers weren't in the box, they were outside! Don't know why... I'm not sure if it's the original Seiko Box! Besides of that the steel band is poor quality. It's very thin, you could literally brake and bend it! I might have to buy a new watch strap! Wouldn't buy again from this seller! Beat regards from Germany

le vendeur mentionnait avec papiers d'origine mais je n'ai reçu qu'un simple petit dépliant format carte de crédit pour la soit disant garantie. il ne figure ni date ni numéro de série ce qu'on me demandera en cas de panne. J'ai averti chrono24 mais d'après eux, ce dépliant suffit.. leur réponse a été de me dire que je pouvais renvoyer l'article si je n'était pas content. Inadmissible car en plus les frais de retour sont a ma charge . Rien ne justifie de l'authenticité de cette montre..

Il venditore mi ha inviato un prodotto che non avevo acquistato e che non corrisponde alla foto dell annuncio. Pessimo venditore in italia si definisce truffa...inoltre secondo me si approfitta anche dei dazi doganali per mediare, i costi alti disincentivano la restituzione e lui lo sa e non se ne interessa. Fortunatamente ho trovato un ottima assistenza da Chrono 24 per risolvere il problema.

The watch arrived defective. The seller answered to adjust the watch under warranty. But I've paid for a working watch, not for a watch to adjust under warranty. So I sent back the watch to ZWatch in Singapore! After 25 days the arrival of the watch in Singapore, I have yet to receive my money back!!!!!!!!!!! I would not recommend to others.

Dopo che il mio ordine è stato accettato e il pagamento è stato ricevuto mi hanno contattato dicendomi che non era possibile spedire l’ordine perché non avevano l’articolo da me ordinato...

I was mislead by the offering. He apparently does not negotiate the sale price which is suggested in his listing, and does not accept credit cards which he fails to explain upfront even after his price has been accepted. No price flexibility and no payment by credit card should be included in his Chrono24 Anzeige.

Of course i will not recommend that dealer for the reasons below 1. The price of the item after i put the order increase suddenly. 2. The adv says free shiping to my country but instead of that i fully charge with dhl costs. Normally i must cancel that order but i cant find this watch in Greece so i decide to proceed. But definatelly i will not recomend that dealer to anybody. The problem was that neither the advertising neither the dealer inform me about the extra costs from the beggining.

Pessima esperienza. Primaditutto nella foto l orologio è oro giallo e non oro rosso come poi si è rivelato. In più per soli €9 ho dovuto pagare €55 di dazio che comprendo non tocchino al venditore ma poteva evidenziarlo o quantomeno scontarlo di "soli €10" e sarebbe stato sotto il pagamento del dazio. L' incidenza del dazio sul costo dell' orologio è enorme. Nessuno (sapendolo) l avrebbe comperato

Non mi sento di raccomandare questo venditore. -L'orologio mi è arrivato con qualche giorno di ritardo causa dogana, la quale mi è venuta a costare 72.53 Euro (su un valore complessivo di 140 Euro)... più del 50% !!! l'aliquota è decisamente eccessiva per le spedizioni verso l'Italia. Nel complesso questo orologio mi è venuto a costare più di quanto non avrei speso a comprarlo su amazon o in negozio. -Per quanto riguarda le informazioni... sul sito sono ben fornite, ma necessiterebbero di più foto del prodotto. - comunicazione col commerciante... ho provato timidamente a chiedere un rimborso sulle spese doganali ma il venditore si è semplicemente scusato per l'accaduto senza venirmi incontro.
