Lassen Sie sich nicht von den Bildern täuschen. Glauben Sie auch nicht, falls Ihnen erzählt wird, dass der Zustand perfekt sei. Kaufen Sie keine gebrauchte Uhr von diesem Händler, ausser Sie wollen eine verkratzte Uhr mit sichtbaren Gebrauchsspuren. Am Ende wird der Verkäufer alles verneinen. Hinzukommt, dass man unfreundlich behandelt wird. Man legt eher Wert darauf den Kunden zu belehren anstatt einen vernünftigen Service zu gewährleisten. Vor dem Kauf ist man natürlich super freundlich, aber sobald Sie die Uhr bezahlt haben, ändert sich der Ton. Finger weg

Hello Mr. Chung, You’ve bought the watch from us, after asking me “ why the price is so lower “ , that it means that you’ve bought the watch below cost, and this is the reason why you didn’t send back it to us. We have advertised it as unpolished and in perfect condition, cause the watch was really in perfect condition. You’ve asked refund of 1000€ cause you’ve found little hairlines , and no scratches , on the link near the clasp , we didn’t accept, and we’ve answered to send back the watch to us, to make the total refund without problem, but you preferred keep it, cause probably the watch was in perfect condition . die uhr kam etwas zeitverzögert mit vielen mittelgroben kratzern am gehäuse, auch an der unterseite an. das armband hat dem alter entsprechend zu viel stretch. falscher, zu langer federsteg an der schliessenfeinverstellung (verletzungsgefahr). das inlay mit div. feinen kratzern. die hörner wurden unfachmännisch poliert. die krone an der schliesse teils plattpoliert. uhr erst ohne rechnung geliefert. nach aufforderung rechnung, allerdings mit falscher seriennummer geliefert... erst nach erneuter erinnerung, auch durch chrono24 wurde eine korrekte rechnung gesendet. die uhrbox ist extrem!!! verschmutzt!...unglaublich. die uhr muss zu rolex zu einer komplettrevision inkl. neuem band. NIE WIEDER!

Hello, You can send back the watch to us if you don’t like. You never told us all this problem, you have wrote to us only for the invoice, and sorry for the error with the serial number, but immediately we did a new one with the correct serial. I think you are very rude person, and i said this also for the message that you sent to us. Best regards

The overall experience with Gioielleria Brandizzi was terrible. The pictures of the watch do not reflect the actual condition of the item, which is much worse. Customer service answers brusquely, regularly ignores messages and is very slow to respond. Never again will I order from this dealer.
