I am sure some people have had great service from them, but my experience was not so. I ordered a watch, paid, and waited almost two months when I noticed the item had not shipped. I contacted the seller twice and was told that the item was out of stock; and then 2 hrs after they said that, another message came to say the item had been shipped. All they did was to create a shipping label with the courier company but not actually send it to the courier, as this would then show up on Chrono24 as shipped when it had not. Four months later, I cancelled the order and got refunded. They did apologise and offered a small discount on anything else I would like from their store, but the delaying tactics and deception left a rather sour taste for me. I would not recommend them.

We are very sorry for your experience this time. This is indeed our problem. Because the manufacturer of SBBN043 product informed us that there was a stock problem after you paid. We would like to try to find it in the Japanese market at a higher price and send it out to you. But no brand new stock has been found. We have been looking for this stock so far as well. No delivery for over a Year, whenever I ask for updates, there's nothing but platitudes and excuses, immediately after I message them, then no follow ups with Tracking Numbers or further information. Severely disappointed, thank God for C24s Escrow Service.

If you see that the watch is not in stock - run away. This dealer is a joke. It will be feeding you with BS messages. I waited for a month for the watch to be shipped before canceling my purchase. The dealer is still trying to convince me the watch is going to be available any minute now. This is a very dishonest dealer and what shocks me is that Chrono does not take any steps to penalize such dealers and their behavior. Stay away from this dealer and do not be mislead by its rating.

It seems that this dealer never had the watch in the first place and couldn’t source it, at least not at the price quoted. Placed the order on November 4, 2022 and paid it 2 days later on November 6, 22. More than a month later and the order was never fulfilled. Even though i tried several times to communicate with the seller, i would always get a response that they would check with the shipping company, even though they had never shipped they watch!!!! Very poor experience !!!

Unfortunately a really bad experience. Lot of back and forth for more than a month to ultimately find out that the seller did not even have the watch in stock. Massive waste of time, I wish they had been upfront about not having the watch in the first place.

Thank you for your comment, because NB1060 is currently out of stock in Japan, we found this problem just before confirming the order, but the negligence of the staff confirmed the order, we then contacted the manufacturer and got the product today. We are very sorry that this order was not completed, we will improve this issue in the future.

Very frustrating experience. I've paid for the watch and waited 12 days, but it was not shipped. After I've asked what is going on, the dealer said the watch has a scratch on the strap and they cannon provide another one. I've asked if they have a photo, maybe it's not so bad. Or can they replace the strap. No photo, no replacement. The dealer suggested to choose another model. But when I've asked for another model they list, they could not provide any information on its availability either. The dealer still offer the same out of stock watch for sell. A lot of headache, no watch. I suggest not to pay until the dealer provides a proof of availability.

On Sunday afternoon I paid for one and confirmed. On Monday afternoon I ask for one more for my friend, you replied there is also quota. But I didn't confirm at last. On Tuesday morning you told me that the one I paid and confirmed was sold out and simply cancelled my order. What a seller... ridiculous!! Shame on you!!
