Worst Dealer ever met, we agreed on a price and then the watch was reserved since 2 days when i made the payment. They reply me "thanks for payment "and that they would send me pictures of the watch soon. Then a message without any explanation "the watch has been sold". At the time writting these words, i still don't know how and why they sold the watch which was reserved and paid and i also still waiting for my money back. These kind of dealer should not be on Chrono24. Also, do not try to reply because i am still waiting for your explanation in private.

We have found a major error with this watch. It has a big scratch and according to the time grapher against it There was a large time error of more than 30 minutes per day. I would like to cancel this transaction. “ My answer: „ I don’t think that you are honest to me! I am sorry but I have to disagree! I am sure both problems can be solved. First send me pictures of the scratch or better a video. I think JLC service can solve that problem by laser welding. Second send me a video of the watch on the time grapher. I think a watchmaker or JLC service can easily solve that problem.“ No answer no pics no video only refund. Watch was described as unworn. Sorry this is not a proper way of customer relation.

Before you read on, my conclusion is: Do not buy from this dealer! I’ve dealt with many reputable sellers from Japan, including Jackroad, TWC, House Kihiroba, Kame Kichi, and more and have high respect for them. However, I find it utterly disappointing after dealing with this seller. There was a huge discrepancy between their pictures and the actual watch received. Upon brining this matter to them, they first offered me a very fractional amount of the entire purchase, namely a $60k plus Daytona, and I declined because it did not justify the money I put into the watch. We then went through a very lengthy process of return. It took way too long for me to receive the refund, which had caused me to not being able to purchase another watch. By the time I received the refund, the prices of my other choices already went up by over 15%. Combining this potential loss, the loss of my time, and the loss of over $1800 custom fee that DHL was unable to refund me, I find my entire purchase experience to be HUGELY disappointing and the greatest loss here is my LOSS of TRUST of this dealer. It is UNACCETABLE to practice business in such manner. Not only I will NEVER buy from this dealer again, but I also highly advise any potential buyer to rethink before purchasing from it. One mistake or oversight from them can cause you great financial loss.
