No envio el articulo de manera que llegara en el tiempo y fecha que llegaria a mi pais y a mi direccion por esa razon cancele la compra.

Quand j’ai commandé la montre, il y avait un délai entre le 26 juin et le 17 juillet Quelques jours après, je reçois un message disant que la montre n’était pas disponible Puis la journée, d’après, me disant que la montre était disponible Après, il m’a donné un délai qui ne me satisfaisait plus du tout C’est Achat devait être pour un anniversaire, malheureusement j’ai été obligé de me fournir ailleurs C’est vraiment dommage, car la montre est vraiment très belle

Falsche Beschreibung und mangelhafte Kommuniktion die der urspruenglichen Artikelbeschreibung widerspricht! Ohne die Intervention von Chrono24 haette ich mir eine Kuck Kucks Uhr eingehandelt! Daher immer reklamieren wo es wirklich angebracht ist,Danke!

発送まで1週間と表記があるにも関わらず、決済をしたら在庫が無いと、言われました。 発送まで3～5ヶ月掛かると言われましたが、その商品はブティックで受注終了している商品で何を根拠に3～5ヶ月で発送出来ると言っているのか意味が分かりませんでした。 在庫があるかの様に思わせて、他の商品に誘導させられました。 色々な商品をページに載せて、在庫が無ければ他の商品を買わせると言う手法なのでしょうか？ ともかく、虚偽の記載があったので二度と取引はしません。

I asked explicitly: If I accept the offer, you send me the watch this week? Answer was: The order will be shipped out in 3~5working days after payment. I needed this watch for a gift of birthday. After the payment the company say me the watch is not it is not available.

The dealer has rejected the order, arguing that parcels were not allowed in my country (Belarus). Which is nonsense.

Schlechte Kommunikation, bestätigte Bestellung wurde nach Bezahlung abgebrochen. Begründung hierfür war spärlich und nicht überzeugend, da Uhr bei anderen Händlern erhältlich war. Meine Nachfrage wurde dann gar nicht mehr beantwortet.

This is the second watch I purchase from IPPO JAPAN WATCH. 1st transaction was flawless, the watch was perfectlty packed and dispatched from Japan, 2nd was a complete disaster: the watch arrived from Hong Kong without any protection and the external box got damaged during transportation, The strap was used and bent. I wanted a replace but they told me the are unable to take charge of the custum duties (Delivery Duty Pay is a standard courier service and should be used in these circustamces) so I would have to pay for customs -around 100$ - twice. very unfair. At the end they offered me the equivalent of 40$ refund, but it is not what I wanted and definitely too low for the damage.
