This dealer claimed to have the watch as advertised and then, after I had paid, informed me that they did not, in fact, posses the item. I strongly suggest avoiding this dealer at all costs.

BUYER BEWARE: The dealer, sent me a defective watch. Minute hand was bent which made it collide with the second hand as it rotated which jammed the entire movement. An inconvenience but not a huge deal. Returned the watch under the premise that the cost return shipping would be reimbursed to me. He offers the white dial version as an alternative but then refused to credit the cost of return shipping for no logical reason. I told him I would just return the watch and he agreed to send me the $20 cost of return shipping by e-transfer once Chrono24 returned the funds for the watch via escrow. Once the Chrono24 refunded me, I reached out to the dealer to get the $20 he agreed to send me. He then told me, "Just to be clear I am sending you $20 to avoid a negative review" to which I responded by saying that he is sending me the $20 because he sent me a defective watch and it cost me $20 to send it back to him. He then stated he would not be sending me $20. Overall a terrible experience dealing with him since day 1. Zero quality control measures. Shady after-dealings, broken promises. All in writing as well. All in all, I'm happy to be out $20 to let others know about him and his business.

I thank you for your review. we apologize that you received a watch that did not meet your standards. As you may be well aware this really had nothing to do with the $20. The real issue which you failed to mention, is that you requested an exchange for a watch that is substantially more. You were not willing to pay any difference. This is really when the transaction fell apart. we will take this as a learning experience to further improve our customer service.
