I placed an order based on their description and images but they then said they would not ship the strap with the watch so I cancelled.

La valutazione è 0, ho comprato un orologio che ha presentato difetti meccanici subito dopo la seconda settimana. Il venditore ha detto che l’orologio al momento della spedizione era in ottime condizioni, cosa totalmente falsa in quanto il rivenditore autorizzato mi ha informato sui difetti già esistenti.

Pushed the button on a watch after months of searching on chrono 24 only to have my order canceled because of an error on the dealers side!!!! Now ive got ro wait 5+days for a refund!!!! Wont get my watch in time for a special event!!!

The transaction was cancelled after I paid for the watch with the reason that the item was already sold. I can understand that they are selling watches on multiple platforms to maximise their chances. But it doesn't look like they are making a good effort of keeping them in sync, resulting in a very frustrating experience for buyers. Looking at other reviews, the same thing happened to other buyers as well. Moreover, my funds are not available to me for several days until I get them back, which implies opportunity costs for me. Aside from the understandable one-off, this sort of repeated behaviour, as this seller has shown, should not be tolerated by Chrono24. Sellers like this don't seem to have enough incentive to behave the best they can. I don't recommend this seller. Nor will I try to buy from them again. The lower prices come with too big of a catch. Do your research and avoid sellers with these type of reviews. It seems that this is the only thing we buyers can do to avoid frustrating experiences.

My package never arrived, it took ages to sort this and the UPS report was never shared with me! I would never buy from these people again, it shouldn't take well Iver 3 months to get a refund.

The seller changed the description; he made you an offer with modified rules delivery and another with wrong ref numbers. Be aware of ordering to check all their modified trusted checkouts.

I made an offer. I was purchasing the watch after increasing my daily bank account plafond. I was literally at the final check-out. The operator cancelled my offer because the watch was no more available. They were selling it on other platforms and they were negotiating with another guy in Osaka. Way far from being professional

The seller blatantly lied about the watch being fully functional. Not only was the winding mechanism trashed, but the chronograph minute/hour counters did not function. I specifically asked if both mechanism were fully functional and received an emphatic yes. More like an an emphatic lie. Seller then refused to even attempt to negotiate a partial refund. A pathetic attempt at a seller trying to slip something by a customer. BUYER BEWARE!

Couldn’t or wouldn’t ship to U.K. Took a week (after paying) to then cancel my order. Still waiting on a refund from Chrono24.
