After I placed an order to buy, the dealer acknowledges the sale and availiblity of the watch. And I'm given 5 days to Telegraphic Transfer (TT) the funds for payment (by the system). I proceed to go to the bank to arrange this 3 hours later. 2 hours later, the dealer then cancels the deal after my TT instructions for payment, stating they just sold 'my' watch to another person. I then informed the bank to cancel the TT. Sad.

I am not satisfied with the service, the full amount was transferred by bank transfer, and I was informed of a lack of the amount. When I confirmed that it was a commission for the transfer process, the company was informed and he called me a bad response, and when I told him, calculate the amount of the commission so that I do not fall into error. He told me to calculate it yourself, knowing the error is not from me, but from a bank employee

Thank you for your feedback, and we are sorry for the inconvenience. This watch got stopped by US customs because of the belt. We had it returned to us, and the buyer was refunded fully. Communication was done via Chrono24' support team, as the buyer only talked with them.

Not worth the risk. I thought they had good reviews but when things went wrong, they had no interest in putting it right. The watch came quickly. Upon inspection, although the timing was ok, I noticed the date didn’t flip over at the correct time and the winding mechanism was grainy and felt wrong. I took it straight to Rolex repair centre who agreed it was defected and said they would fix it under the warranty that was luckily left on it. The dealer had no interest in the fact they sold me a defected watch. The dealer also took the liberty of laser engraving a small Chinese or Japanese character into the clasp of the bracelet and didn’t inform me about it in the description. The dealer seems to think because they have banked up many good reviews, they can now let the odd bad experience slip by and do nothing about it. Or perhaps they are under new management - I don’t know. Don’t take the chance on an expensive timepiece. I kept the watch as I didn’t want to lose out on the tax I paid or pay for the delivery back to Japan/HongKong as this would cost me more than the repair. I’m yet to know if it has been fixed to the standard it was supposed to be when I bought it. Chrono24 has been very good about things and tried to find a solution. Unfortunately, the dealer does not care if things go wrong occasionally, as they have had enough things go right now that it doesn't make a difference to their five stars. I’d be careful with these guys. And make sure you inspect the watch very carefully and look at bracelet and clasp for the small laser engraving they make on it without telling you.

This is an entirely unacceptable claim. Time accuracy and functions were tested before shipping and there was nothing wrong. We always check the date function, since we set the time and date to buyers' country upon shipping. There was no "laser engraving" on clasp. All our items are inspected upon acquiring, online listing, and purchase(online and offline). We explained the situation to Chrono24 thoroughly when this buyer made this claim, and they immediately closed the mediation.
